Excellent tutorial keep it up. Ingenius how you've adapted the Tabata method for boxing rounds. Surely its extremely hard to keep that heart rate at 90%+ throughout those intervals and rounds. But I would have thought keeping it at 60-70% (red zone) is enough for most people. Lerrone has always been a fantastic athlete and was a decent prospect but inactivity is diminishing his profile. I haven't seen him on any high-profile cards in years. But keep up harnessing his potential 👍
