  • Those landmine press variations are really really great for combat sports. It's very hard to get sport-specific movements that are scalable to enough load/force and still actually replicate the movement; they usually necessarily become more general (like a speed deadlift for general hip extension and posterior chain strength, but doesn't perfectally minic any one action of the sport).
