The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

As kid I never understood how this worked or why you would do that as I got older I entered an MMA A gym and they used one of these I asked someone to teach me how to use it and they taught me the importance of rhythm and coordination after awhile I found myself using it the most compared to everything else I tried doing the same as he does keeping foot movement but that turned out to be way more difficult than I thought this guy makes it look easy!

uneedmorepeople Nick Diaz did it for 30 minutes straight. It wasn't as impressive looking as Manny's routine but it shows you the level Nick Diaz's cardio is at.

The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.
I can fall asleep to this. So rhythmic way better than me. I have neuropathy disease and it’s helped me a lot to speed bag, love you Pacq!

As kid I never understood how this worked or why you would do that as I got older I entered an MMA A gym and they used one of these I asked someone to teach me how to use it and they taught me the importance of rhythm and coordination after awhile I found myself using it the most compared to everything else I tried doing the same as he does keeping foot movement but that turned out to be way more difficult than I thought this guy makes it look easy!
