THIS IS WHAT I NEED💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 I CAN'T ALWAYS MAKE IT TO THE GYM, so this will help me be more consistent with the sport I love! Trying to achieve a dream I really got to reach for
Totally wish I could come train at your gym some time!
What if you’re an amateur boxer who works full time at a moderate intensity job, would this just be overtraining?
I believe he addressed this in a previous video. He suggests 5 boxing sessions a week incorporating plyometrics into the warmup and then adding 10/15 mins strength or conditioning at the end of the session. Not ideal, but doable for those working.
Dont kill yourself bro! Try supplements for increased energy and recovery. Creatine is the best thing ever man. Every athlete should at least try it. But I'm not a doctor.
Muchas gracias 🇲🇽
could you do a vid of this for an amateur
What about if i will mix a strength with endurance on the end of session. 4 example. I will do squats 5sets 5 reps deadlift 5 sets 5 reps. And the some Circuit endurance with body weight only push ups step up jumps Burpees pullps for example 100 reps each
Amateur boxers typically only have one training session per day. Usually, in the early evening after school. So, how can this program be made to work for amateurs.
I do my 2 sessions after boxing class, just 30 minutes
❤❤
I just purchased the speed and power program and you guys have Conditioning days Monday, Thursday & Saturday. Now im a little confused. I'm always sending an email and you guys never respond. Also, I purchased the bands and it's been over two weeks and I haven't received them.
Pro or amateurs
You just plan to your own schedule. It doesn't matter what day you it, just so long as you get 2-3 HIIT sessions a week, 2 strength sessions and 1 active recovery. Just make sure not to do 2 conditioning sessions in a row or 2 strength sessions in a row.
And what can i do if i cant workout in the mornings?
evenings?
