  • I don't even go to my GP anymore. I Just come on here. Everything you suggest works. I couldn't hear out of one of my ears for months. Nothing I was prescribed by several gp's and ear specialist worked. I stumbled on your channel by accident. I watched a video to release congestion. It worked with hours and the issue is almost gone thanks to you. I'm truly grateful! ❤

  • For 5 years, I thought I had a tumor growing in my neck. I’ve had persistent pain for the last 5 months and just knew it had grown large enough to compress my nerves and cause cervical radiculopathy. A physician recommended this video and my life is forever changed. An hour after doing a few of the exercises, I FELT my muscles relax. I woke up pain free for the first time in months. 3 days after doing these exercises before bed, the knot in my SCM was GONE! I wept! All of my anxiety, fear, and pain…gone. I can get back to my hobbies, make it through the work day, and take care of my home. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

    • Yes. But with me it was a brain tumor!!!! I started getting headaches at 72. Never had headaches unless they had come along with fever flu etc. I have tinnitus....it's very troublesome.....but finding out I don't have a brain tumor is great....and a little silly!!!!... Thanks for your comment!!

    • I'm a retired medical massage therapist(almost 30 years of practice). I was trained to care for this muscle. The therapy was complicated and not really teachable for self care at home for the average patient. This therapy is amazing. My neck was broken at age 2. Tinnitus has been a constant companion since. It has been so loud in the last year. I added some cross fiber therapy on the masseter(large jaw muscle) and the loudness of the tinnitus has steadily diminished! Thanks be to God! Such a relief! Thank you Doc!!!

  • I'm in shock. This doc deserves an award. I've had chronic neck pain, TMJ disorder, and just upper body pain for years. I've been to chiropractors, physical therapists, and had many massages. Nothing worked or was only ever temporary. I just completed these exercises and my neck feels so loose and the pain is slowly releasing. I'm so amazed. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and techniques on a platform for so many. I'm so grateful. I'm eager to watch more of your videos!

  • I am shocked at the relief I feel after just trying this ONCE. I've been having headaches for a year and a half and have been to so many different doctors with no success.....PC, ENT, Neurologist, ortho, dentist (mouth piece for grinding), massage therapist, Chiro. I've had many different RX's also...no success. I even had surgery removing one inch of the artery on each side of my head...neuro doctor thought I might have temporal arteritis...tested negative and my hair finally grew back. I even had an ablation performed on my lower neck/shoulder area. Nothing has helped. Tonight I feel that there is hope for the pain I have endured all this time, to be relieved and maybe gone, at least lessened. Thank you Dr. Mandell. Wish you lived near me. I would become your patient.

I do believe it's coming from my brain and not my ears as everyone would have us to believe along with the thought that there is no cure for tinitis. I wake up to it and I fall asleep. Music sort of drowns it out but the ringing is piercing that I can still hear if I focus in on it. It has affected my hearing and my ability to focus over the years.

I followed ent suggestions magnesium - side effects in colon severe. Dumped the ent. So my bedtime white noise is moving waters album downloaded to my phone. KZhead both phone and tv streaming device many rain and ocean noise videos - some with black screen. Concentration sucks. No real medical research because big pharma see no profitability for their pockets. But the neck exercises do help my neck problems. I’ve only just begun so I’m anxious to see if helps eye headaches. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate hearing something that I can do that doesn't cost INSANE amounts of money and without having doctors push medications on you me which only cause other issues! I’ve been having painful, tingling up and down my right arm and shoulder, but never associated it with that muscle in my neck. As you said, doing this on the right side, hurt, but at the same time, I could feel it relaxing or helping those nerves and/or muscles. I will be doing this. Thank you.

After being rear-ended 20 years ago, the entire spine forcefully popped and a hard whiplashing, no amount of treatment, exercises or stretching helped. Everything you showed has. Tears of joy, Doc. Thank you a hundred times over for this blessing you have brought. 👍❤️‍🔥👍

I have suffered with every single condition that you mentioned since 2003. I tried your technique on a very painful headache this morning and it worked faster than the Excedrin that I have been taking all these years. I am so happy to find your video and will be watching more. ANYONE WHO WONDERS IF THIS TECHNIQUE REALLY WORKS... DON'T! Thank you so much for sharing this technique with me.

    • Wow, I had to double check to see if I wrote this comment! Although I never had lumbar surgery I've had two cervical fusions and went through thru a bout of drop foot, not fun!! My first fusion (c6-7) completely ruined my life, I had it to relieve rt arm pain and surgeon was just sure it would help and "routine procedure" now my pain is fifty times worse! Both arms, shoulders, neck, traps, whole body really 😞 I'm forced to "sleep" on my back because my shoulders hurt so much. Last surgery was 08, been on heavy narcotics since. Hopefully yours went better, but I warn people every chance I get against it.

    • @@whatsit2ya247Wow, I actually thought I wrote your comment, crazy ! I slipped and fell at work, landed on my left side and banged my side knee, left sided butt and broke the fall using my left arm, long story short took the insurance company 16 months to finally decide to approve surgery ..nuerosurgeon said it would not cure but would help from getting worse, well 12 screws later, 2 rods C1-C7, I am bedridden , he said I’ll need a lower back L4-S1 surgery soon enough, and two years later sure enough I cannot do anything for myself! He did not go over so much with me before surgery and now I’m so much worse than before I had my C1-C7…. I no longer have the life I once knew ..only thing saving me right now is the pain meds and I feel they are dictating how much to take although I need stronger just to help get me through this dilapidating 16:03 pain..if anyone has chronic neck pain radiating down to their tors, understands ! I’m at the end of my rope, will never go back to that neurosurgeon as he was the most arrogant Dr.i have ever seen.my pain Dr.feels helpless ..it’s time to look for another because I have broad based osteocytes with impingement, affecting my bladder, and scared as hell..if I could advise anyone to get three opinions and do your homework do so please!

Western "medicine" is just big pharma and insurance money, nobody cares about the health of the patient or treating the actual problem, just the symptoms!
