The makeup department definitely deserve a huge pay raise for how convincing the effects looked. Rufus Sewell was truly unrecognisable.
Pay rises are a bit of a sensitive issue in Hollywood.
I realised it was him by his eyes ( big fan of rufus) but it was superb make up.
Disagree. It was all so obviously make up in the close ups
I had to google him and then re google how they transferred him into the Prince Andrew ; seriously I can’t believe just how good the make up was !

This guy really embodied the likeness of prince andrew and then some. The tics, the pauses, expressions, looks of bewilderment. Nailed it.

Rufus Sewell has always been an incredibly under rated actor. His genius lies in endearing the villain to his audience so that you're disappointed when the 'protagonist' wins.
Rufus Sewell is definitely one of the greatest, he is a phenomenal actor.

It took me a lot squinting and nearly half the movie to find Rufus in there. I spent the rest of the movie debating if I were correct not wanting to pause to google it lol well done!
Gillian however still thinks she’s playing Thatcher.

Just finished watching the piece. Had absolutely no idea. I love that I completely forgot myself while watching him that I didn't try to find which familiar actor could he be.🔥
I just said, "WHAT!!??" Out loud. To an empty room. My brain froze... realizing the delightfully shocking news: "Price Andrew--from the Scoop---was the sexy husband of from The Ambassador!?!?" My brain melted. W-T-F dude!!!?? The man has range, and the makeup department deserves all the awards because I believed what they delivered. This was far more of an incredible performance than I knew. Rufus Sewell, you are the MAN!
Bravo Ruf...As for Mr. Randy Andy... Your portrayal was pretty spot ass on after I saw part of the interview. I loved the look on your face after coming from a talk with his Mummy, Queen Elizabeth. I LOL. Thinking I hope it was worse than your portrayal. But badass🙏 Much ❤ I forgot to add the Make Up Dept.. Holy S****. I was thinking, "Is that Prince Andrew?" I thought, "Nah, that's an actor, but who? Wait, is that him?" Hahaha. D*** Make Up Dept., you nailed it.

Rufus is a fabulous actor + his portrayal of Andrew was magnificent. And what a fabulous job these make up people did. That in itself deserves a reward. I didn’t find Gillian Anderson remotely like Emily Maitles. To me, she sounded just like a repeat of Margaret Thatcher in the Crown…

Although I have a netflix subscription I will not watch such programms about the royals. I am well informed and dislike this kind of sensationalism in which much is not even true. I wish netflix would spend its money on more urgent high level documentaries or better history documentaries.

Sorry beg to differ. To my observation in this clip NEITHER look remotely like who they were meant to be. Sorry the King is in the all- together here (or the Prince !! ) YES they transformed Rufus from his appearance but not remotely like Andrew - sorry disagree.
