  • Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

    • Please give yourself time. You don't process a relationship of five years in a month. You overcome things and don't get rid of them. It will do itself alone, just accept the process and try to balance yourself out. Don't judge yourself, be kind and loving to yourself. Sometimes its enough to do only the basics. Sleep, eat, repeat. And go work if you have to. I wish you all the best ❤❤❤

  • I love how Orlando speaks as though time doesn't exist...so calming. Also appreciated how Orlando's adhd didn't allow him to answer most of Jay's questions directly, and went on tangents that didn't always quite make sense 😂...and Jay...being the wonderful human he is...just listened and really tried to ask meaningful questions back, rather than asking the question again. 👏

    • His talk reminded me of a Rumi poem. “This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.”

It is so nice he appears to just flow and not censor himself being a celebrity. I love how he teaches but doesn't hold himself as being perfect in it either. So human. He had been my only celebrity crush, im his age. and I remember how much I loved that like me, his wife at the time had a natural birth.. how supportive of that he was. I also love how he guides his son but doesn't force faith on him. Just a beautiful person.

  • Thanks for reminding me of nam myoho renge kyo. Someone taught me this many years ago and I had forgotten. It's similar to Hawaiian hopopponopono. The mantra you say anytime you come across external challenges or inner challenges. It helps cleanse, find your peace, let go.... choosing to be in your better state. It also helps others you project this to. Let go no attachments. Thanks.

I practice mindfulness for over 9 years now, and it was just something I needed to hear. Huge thanks to Jay and Orlando for this conversation! I especially love these three questions, even made a note: • Do I feel safe? • Do I feel seen? • Do I feel celebrated? These are questions you ask yourself in front of the mirror, and then you ask them about the people around you. The final question is: Can you do the same for them? This is really beautiful way to connect

  • I was completely obsessed with this man as a teenager he was my first celebrity crush ever. I'm 31 now and still casually keep up with what he's up to but not too in depth. It's lovely to see a full real conversation with him to get a feel for the person he is today and appreciate the kind and grateful energy he has always exuded but from my own new perspective as an adult. Personally I'm not religious or spiritual at all really but it's always interesting to hear different perspectives, and Orlando has talked about Buddhism as long as I've known of him. Also as someone who has been dealing with various mental health issues for over a decade I'm basically at expert at therapy and self analysis now and so much of this conversation resonates with that and particularly my personal issues of agoraphobia and anxiety and need for control and fear of fear and trusting yourself to be capable of dealing with discomfort. Lovely hearing him.

Then I meditated for 30 min, then went to the gym down the street. In the locker room there was the actor who played Pippin Took. I stared for a few seconds in disbelief, he was putting on lotion on his body and caught me staring and asked if he had accidentally spray3d me with the deodorant bottle thingy. I said no and I fan-boyd just for a few sec. And i said nice to meet you. To which he replied in his Pippin smiling demeanor 'nice to see you too.' Universe is serendipitous. 😂

Arts education has to be more widely available to all those kids who may not go to the best schools or who have money, all that wasted talent out there !!!

  • 1:03:05 Jay talking about his younger sister and I see opposite parallel here. I personally has 3 sisters but don't grow up with any of them as my mother had kids with few guys. I don't have any memories of my parents together, family time. The older I'm (now 38)I see clearly how growing up most of my live without mother and close to none connections with sisters affected me. It set me up for big climb right from the start when it come to all kinds relationships with woman.

  • 1 Respect for anyone you meet from the Door Man to the Director because the person opening the door for you might be the person running the country you just don’t know. 2 Gratitude, always thank GOD for seeing a New Day some persons never woke up. 3 A Law everyone has to follow is a Law of Respect. Respect For Life, Respect For Everyone, Respect For GOD (The Divine), Respect For The Universe, Respect For your Purpose and Passion, Respect For your Partner, your Loved Ones, Friends, Colleagues at Work, Respect For your Work. 4 Let us do Life from The Internal to The External. Let us focus more on The Internal than The External. 5 Discipline, Justice and Openness.
