there's no way you talk about the ultimate viper when the v2 is here.
They are probably just putting the viper line in a group similarly how they are putting the g pro and the superlight together as one category. Same shape just without rgb, grips, and its lighter.
It's just the catagory. There are also lots of glorious mice but they just put them in 1 catagory
agree but rvu is still really nice and I like it better than the super light. won’t be buying the new v2 until this one breaks lol it’s a banger mouse
Braindead ppl in the comments
tbh if u can get the rvu for 80$ on sale it might be better. the only rly big things are gonna be no grips and less weight on the v2.
Lmao "Hipster" > Proceeds to list off most of the most popular brands currently
its okay because its just a video mentioning mices that can be a good alternative to the gpro but actually i expected to see something different lol. Rarely any videos do recommend another mouse and I hoped this one does...
fr i expected some other brands like endgame, or like pulsar to make the list
I kind of hoped Vaxee would be on here. Especially when Zowie made it onto the list
I expected lamzu atlantis here
@@manhle1582 "mices" 👀
This list pissed me off : /
Why?
Bec there isnt the Viper pro v2
Same
Also they mentioned the model o but not the xm1r or the wireless version, also no finalmouse starlight and viper mini for budget
@@clou3778 They said alternative to the g pro, I think maybe they meant mice of a similar price range or cheaper.
How could you call these brands "hipster" when 90% of the list comprises of big companies like Zowie, Logi and Razer? Sure you can count Xtrfy, but what about GWolves? Pulsar? Pwnage?
You gotta keep in mid these guys are as casual as it gets
im sorry your just a hipster g pro superlight is the best mouse and you just mad that lots of people want it
I love my death adder. I miss the 2013 edition though, slightly different
Maybe thats why my deathadder wireless feels different (besides the weight) than what i remember
i got actually my original deathadder in closet like backup plan for my logitech g pro :D super mouse, if i dont hate cables so much, i still use it, despite i change switches in it maybe 5 times in 5 year of usage.
I used a death adder for like 4 years before I got my hands on a finalmouse. Loved that thing thoigh
Yea same I got da v2 mini packin a wieght of 62 g it's super light and feels incredible love it got it for 30$ no regrets so far
I've got the v2 mini and a deathadder myself and I love em too
I'll make a better list - Pulsar X2 - Ninjutso Sora - Lamzu Atlantis and if you have a lower budget - VGN Dragonfly - Darmoshark N3/M3 - Ajazz AJ199😢 all of these are solid alternatives to the superlight that are not RAZER/Glorious
Have u heard of HK Mira?
You have made it because some time passed and a lot of those amazing options just flooded the market.
Much better, I have a lamzu atlantis but recently changed to a pulsar xlite V3 Large. Most of the Pulsar mice have similar specs but different shapes to choose from for the perfect comfort. really liking them right now
@@skcp3147yessir, i got the x2 v2 mini and its awesome
Do they have software to make macro adjust polling and other stuff?
Bro, u don't need to be a hipster to know that there are different types/brands of mice out there. U just have to do your research and you'll be set.
Its was a joke.
bro takes things a bit to seriously
i only said that because not all people will get the joke, considering that they have a large audience that can be reached
@@erianelingon5208 then why did you say ‘bro’ as if it was directed back at the creator. If your true intention was to put a disclaimer that there is a lot of options on the market then your sentence would have been more open ended. Something like ‘By the way guys, if you research then…’ your comment was a clear shot at the creator.
Logitech is just the best doe, who else we gonna use GLORIOUS!!? HAHAHAHAHAH
Me who uses any mouse i can find: hmmmm interesting...
Gotta make the switch to a light mouse and low sensitivity you'll love it!

I don't think I'll ever move on from my g502 wireless, unless they make one that's the same shape without the dpi buttons. I love the shape, the thumb area, the weight, everything
you literally just described the razer basilisk. Same form as the g502 without the dpi switch buttons next to the lmb.
@@ianvillie3262 since this comment I've learned to remap them so I've become quite fond of them actually lol
@@wafflesarelove5801 thats the beauty of the g502
Pulsar Xlite v2 is pretty good too😁
Glorious Model O team, line up!
💪🏼
To me, the best budget option remains the g305. You can get it for 30$ and with some easy mod, you can lower the weight to 80g or so
viper mini is like 20-30$ depending on if u can get it on sale or not and its 60g. not wireless though. for wireless g305 and orochi v2 are gonna be the budget options.
The viper mini feels more balanced and is worth being wired for how well it performs vs other high end mice personally
Really been enjoying the HyperX Pulsefire Haste. 59g for a mouse that’s on sale for $40 regularly is crazy good
I was about to say that, can't mention glorious model O without mentioning the pulsefire haste.
I just bought one after using a Razer Mamba Tournament Edition for 6 years. The weight difference is insane, and still getting used to it being so light!!! It feels so good, and the clicks are very responsive.
@@TheFetus132 I initially wanted a Razer Viper ultimate but I decided to go to Best Buy and actually grip the mice they had on display before ordering on Amazon and the HyperX Pulsefire Haste just felt better in hand than the Viper Ultimate. And it was cheaper and lighter. Couldn’t say no.
the pulsefire haste wireless is like 26 quid rn
@@9core what do y mean br
Ah yes, comparing a ~60g wireless mouse to a 90g wired mouse, gg
If you're talking about the zowie mice, the new lineup is way lighter than previously lmfao
Zowies new mice has a good cable and their most common models weighs 65, 69, 70 and 73 grams and has way better build quality and the main clicks and sidebuttons are infinitely better than both the GPX and Viper V2. And Zowie is still the master of shapes. Both the Viper V2 and GPX shapes are heavily inspired by the FK series. Especially the Viper which is literally just a bad FK2 clone shape wise. They're without a doubt better in every aspect aside from not being wireless and having an ever so slighty higher weight, which isn't a dealbreaker considering that they literally cost less than half as much at worst. In europe, you're looking at about $100 extra going from a Zowie mouse to a Viper V2. You're paying $100 extra only to drop 5-15 grams and the cable, but you also get way inferior quality in every other aspect. You're most certainly still getting far more for your money with Zowie mice than you do with the GPX or Viper V2. Stop shilling for shit companies that overcharge you to absolute fuck and deliver uninspiring products.
I mean, weight is definitely not everything. I tried the razer viper ultimate for a few months and honestly disliked it a lot. Sure it was light but it was also prohibitively small and the lack of ergonomic fit made it feel like I had no grip on the thing. I settled with g502 lightspeed, but I also put in all the weights. A super low weight mouse just wasn’t for me. A “heavy” mouse is not a bad mouse, it just isn’t the current trend for the top end. People have different tastes.
Why do people still think weight matter.
@@ryllian1 It matters to an extent. 75 grams and below is completely fine. Even 80, if youre used to it. It gets a lot worse when you grab a G502 and put the extra weights in it.
Me personally. I like the G502 hero. It has a lot of buttons. And it's just really comfortable on the hands and it's cheaper.
same
Its heavy and harder to move making it less competitive
This video made my heart hurt. A lot.
for anyone that wants a wireless version of the zowie ec2, the pulsar xlite wireless and xlite wireless v2 are a clone with very low weight, high build quality, and same shape
old comment but thanks
Some other wireless and wired alternatives would be: Wireless 1. Pulsar Xlite v2 2. FNATIC BOLT 3. Xtrfy M42 4. Razer Viper V2 Pro 5. HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wired 1. Vaxee NP-01 and NP-01S 2. Zowie S2-C 3. Xtrfy MZ1 4. Endgame Gear XM1r 5. Razer Viper Mini Lots of great hidden gems out there. You just need to figure out what will work best for your grip style and game of choice.
I love the XM1r
I love my basilisk ultimate. I need a big mouse, a couple buttons and some weight
Someone is going to need to hear this. I switched from controller to mouse and keyboard and in the short time of about a year I spent roughly $1,000 on gaming mice trying to find the 'perfect' mouse. In all honesty, I regret that decision. Although you can have multiple gaming mice for any wide array of reasons, there is no such thing as a mouse that is going to be perfect for you. I got wrapped up in the idea that somehow the next mouse was going to be the one. It never was. I just kept going from one to next. Looking back I would've just stuck with really any of the first few mice I bought and made that my main. So long as the mouse you are using has a quality sensor and reasonable latency, you've found your main. It could be your forever mouse or maybe just for the time being. Stop thinking that spending $150 on a mouse is going to make a difference. The sobering reality after not only spending ridiculous money on mice but even mousepads, was accepting I'm the exact same player. The mouse, the mousepad, the 10 extra frames, etc didn't make me more capable of anything. tldr; Your mouse is only just a tool. It doesn't change much of anything. You're abilities/capablities will not change with a new mouse. Main whatever you got assuming it's decent. Sincerely, a loser who's a grand short because I'm an idiot and bought into gamer marketing
Shouldve just bought one mouse and got used to it
why didn't you return the mice you didn't like? also, here's how to look for a perfect mice. Buy a deathadder v2 (wired, wireless or mini depending upon your budget) and get used to it.
@@aceofhades9110 Great comment. I'm well aware of the diehard Deathadder community, which is similar to the G502 community. If it came down to it, I'd go Razer every time. That being said, the classic deathadder shape is a clone of Zowie's EC lineup. More specifically the EC1, only slightly smaller in specific areas. All in all, the EC lineup is perhaps the most cloned shape, with companies like Razer making their own versions of it. The Model D, Pulsar Xlite, Deathadder, ect are fundamentally the same clone of Zowie's EC. It's cool to see someone else have a love for the ergo design. I love both ergo and ambi myself. I will say though, it would be cool if we had more ergo shapes/designs instead of just cloning one. Show ergo gamers some love too.
@@HaloDaycare well yes it is a shame that companies (especially Razer) straight up copy mouse designs from one another instead of doing their own R&D, I wish it'd stop. I bought my deathadder after they introduced the optical switches, it has been a godsend. Every mouse I've had before that was logitech and every mouse developed a double click issue, deathadder v2 simply built different.
@@HaloDaycare also btw ganer marketing is the worst. Mice are the only product where a "gaming" version generally outlerforms the other products on the market. Everything else, from keyboards headphones mics and god forbid you buy a gaming chair, are generally terrible products with lights tacked onto them. You want a keyboard? Buy a proper ducky or akko keyboard. Want a headphone? sennheiser or beyerdynamic. Want a chair? My brother in christ buy an office chair gaming chairs are bucket seats meant to hold racing drivers in place while going 200+mph and not built for lumbar support.

Even now when the wireless market is at its biggest, I find myself still preferring a wired NP-01s by VAXEE. Hands down the best shape I've ever felt. Paracord it if you can't stand cables and put the mouse in a bungee, it pretty much becomes wireless.
NP-01 for me. S just seemed way too small considering the dimensions. To your point though I agree. VAXEE is doing great things.
You forgot the Pulsar Xlite The regular and mini size are around $85 and have lightweight, wireless, low latency, and an EC like shape.

G502 is a very nice and great looking mouse
Nice to see a fellow G502 enjoyer
But i feel it a little bit heavy. Smtms you cant flick the gun
@@dotung6079 You def can if you use higher sensitivities. The weight helps balance out the usual downsides of going higher sens on lighter mice, which is loss of control. Reason it's better to go lighter is because you don't have to use as much strength to move it around, so it adds to consistency as one has to flex their muscles less (yes ik mouse aren't heavy, but using it for prolonged periods of time makes a huge difference), but you won't really feel the benefits unless you're a pro with amazing aim where consistency will make a bigger difference or have hand/wrist issues. It's honestly just preference as long as they have a good shape and sensor
Bit havy asf
I use the Steelseries Prime Wireless and I love it, amazingly comfortable for palm grip and the most satisfying click I have ever experienced on a mouse, only downside would definitely be lack of more RGB (if you're into that) and the lower-profile scroll wheel (if that bothers you) which happens to bug me.
SS prime is perfect aside from pretty bad click latency for competitive games. Has like double the click latency of every mouse on this list
i’ve been rocking the original g303 for years and i can never go back
Glorious is too good. I use it and super light weight
I used model O and mow, I thought they where amazing until I got gpx, g303se, hati s, xm1r. xm1r is already 10 times better then both model o and MOW and its almost the same price
Gloriouse isn't good lmao
i have glorious model o and its trash compared to pulsefire or gpro, the mouse shape is really uncomfortable

I feel like before the razer viper v2 pro came out, the g pro x super light was definitely the best wireless gaming mouse on the market. However, I feel like the razer viper v2 pro is a bit better.
PSA: the $150 Razer Viper “Ultimate” in this video is actually the Razer Viper V2 Pro (well technically the video footage is of the RVU, but I’m pretty sure they meant the V2P). The RVU is not $150, and the RVU is also not the GPX’s biggest competitor. That would both be the $150 V2P. Not sure why they used the wrong price on the mouse. Either way, it’s not the RVU, but the V2P. I’d recommend either as the shape is really nice but the RVU is a bit heavier but also cheaper than the V2P. Also not sure why they didn’t include Endgame mice or the Fnatic Bolt but included Zowie which hasn’t done anything new with their mice on several years.
glorious model o+ or - is a great choice too he didn’t mention those for some reason hands down some of the best mice i’ve had
