Another Thursday's video!!! So excited for this one guys, today I'm bringing you a little tip I picked up years ago from modeling. I asked my makeup artist how I could get away with eye makeup on a day-to-day basis and not have anyone notice?
This tip was her answer, and I have been using it ever since! If you are someone who is new to makeup, isn't allowed to wear makeup, or just aren't feeling like going through the whole process of doing your makeup, then this is a great tip for you. By using this method you can enhance your eyes without the appearance of makeup on.

I'm a guy and I gotta admit eyeliner can be addicting, first used it for a Theatre performance I had to do for a class, from there saw how it highlighted my Asian eyes and gave me that young anime-like semi-emo urban look. I actually bold my eyeliner to make it apparent but self-consciously have to lighten up and make it natural when I'm around my family or working, guiltily wish I could openly do this more often lol!

If I wanted to make my eyes naturally pop, what do you think about clear mascara with brown eyeliner/pencil on the upper waterline?...The thing is I have naturally thick long lashes and they tend to get really heavy and fall, even with the lash curler...oh, I'm an asian male with very subtle double eyelids lol, so I was just wondering what your thoughts were...

This is a very great video. I am a student and sometimes I do want to make my eyes noticeable, but without over doing it and making myself look like a drag queen and taking too much time. I don't like makeup but I noticed eyeliners can really enhance your eyes and still look natural, I might try it someday. It might even get fashionable among men someday, like earrings are now, who knows.
Yes!!! Do it!! And to be honest, men have always worn makeup. It just recently became mainstream and was just never talked about. You think all the male actors in movies we watched, and male models in store ad campaigns weren’t wearing makeup? Def not hahah. Men have always worn it and shouldn’t feel ashamed to do so. So yes, I love you let attitude, go explore and play - and most importantly do what makes you feel beautiful and confident

No job will allow it, makeup should be worn everyday as part of your identity, thats what its for and is useless for wearing only ocassionaly like you go in some sort of alternative personality

I was sick when I was little and had to have radiation done around the head area. Because of that I have never really had any eyebrows or eyelashes. My hair on my head grew back but it's been thin. My eyebrows grow but apparently they don't stay in they basically fall out if I rub or scratch them. I went through all of grade school being taughted and never done anything with it. Is there something pencil wise or something I can do?
Yes! A micro brow pencil would be perfect for you! NYX makes an amazing one with a wide color range and it is not very expensive. Given your situation I think this would work great for you as it sounds like you'll be filling in your brows often and you don't want to be spending like $35 every month on say an Anastasia pencil. I would look into the NYX one and go one or two shades lighter than your hair color since you have sparse hairs. Also, castor oil nightly will help strengthen and grow the hairs. And once they've grown back in a bit and are stronger, you could get them naturally tinted at a spa :)) Hope this helps! I'm sorry about grade school. kids are assholes.

Getting away with it is easy, just DGAF and do what you want. I work out a lot, so I'm physically imposing, but I'll rock skinny ripped jeans, guyliner and long, rockstar style hair. I see people looking but no one says anything lol.
Just out of curiosity, what are your thoughts on men using a little white eye liner to give a little bit more of a natural awake look?...do you do it or would you recommend it?...
This is a great technique to use to achieve a more awakened appearance. However, I would recumbent using a nude color closer to your skin tone to have a more natural look. White can look very stark and often is better for creating a wide eye doll-like effect, which wouldn't be too natural. Thanks for watching, and let me know if you have any other questions! :))
Great video Will, so helpful. I noticed you only did your upper eyelid with the pencil, would doing the lower as well look too unnatural?
thomasreed92 In black definitely, but with brown it could go either way. I have extremely sparse lower lases so if I do it, it doesn't look super dramatic but if you already have a decent lower lash line I would avoid it. Or if you do still want some definition on the lower lash line, try using a brown eye shadow and blending it out.
How do you keep your eye white and clean..? Do you use something..? I'm really looking for something cane make my eye clean
To keep my eye clean and white? I don’t think there’s anything you can use to make that happen. That’s usually a result of diet and environmental factors
Omg. I had somewhat of an idea as to using a felt-tip eyeliner for the lashes, but the brown eyeliner is such a good tip. I was totally was about to use black liner.

Willi, as an emerging CD, your videos of showing me how to take baby steps by going out as "metrosexual" has really helped me. I watched your other video about diluting one's mascara with clear mascara for a "no tell" application. On this video, before dabbing with a felt-tipped liquid eyeliner, would it be a good idea to first coat with clear mascara? Would the eyelash hold the curl better? Would the eyeliner adhere better? Pretty much. Just make sure it’s waterproof so it doesn’t run into your eyes

+Tohka Yatogami No don't actually I'm sorry, I generally let my hair towel dry after showering and then brush through it after it's dry, so that is just how it looks naturally when it's this length. For this style I don't really do anything. I guess if you used a blow dryer and a barrel brush you could get it more straight or with a flat iron. But it's hard to say, this video is two years old also, so I haven't worn my hair like this in a long time haha

Miggy Ermita It is. Every male model, male actor, singer and performer all wear makeup. It's not something people generally talk openly about but all men wear makeup in the entertainment industry. So you do you. Wear whatever you want, if other people don't approve or ridicule you - you don't need those people in your life. If makeup makes you happy and they can't support that, then clearly they don't want you to be happy.

Don't care about people thoughts. I'm for example a muslim and my religion allows me to wear Kohl which is a very beneficial eyeliner. I thought people would laught at me untill i wore one time and i actually looked better with it :)
