ask your child how they feel about their lunch, if it's too much food, made their tummy hurt or the texture was weird. they could potentially be lactose intolerant to some degree or be too full to finish it all or not like it. I'm lactose sensitive but when I have yakult it helps.

Actually I talked with my kids about what they would like for lunch and would even go shopping with them so they understood how to plan ahead and what's good for them and what was on budget my kids understood the assignment and because they picked it out at the store they always ate lunch lol

There was this one time where I took medication for my adhd and the side effect was that I would loose ny appetite. My grades and performance got better, but at the cost that I slowly ate less and less. I didn't realize it was a problem, my teachers told me it was a good thing, y'know, cuz of my performance. My memory of the whole ordeal is fuzzy, but needless to say, my mom was probrably rlly sad for weeks

The reason why our mom will be happy if you finish your food is bc they made that food just for you and if you don't finish your food ur/our mom will think that the food that they made for you is not yummy enough or you don't like it and you already know that you're mom made it just for you and they made it with love for you❤

If your child is not hungry don't force them to eat lots of people do it but they don't realise that you're forcing them to stuff themselves my parents always used to force me to eat but then they've realised that if I say I'm not hungry then I don't want to eat or I don't have an appetite

I baked cookies and cakes for their snack after school They were happy to eat cookies and hot chocolate with it. They come home for lunch and ate it all. Once in a whole I make home made pizzas and home made soup and sandwiches. My kids told me I was lazy when I served this of lunches. Every thing they ate I made from scratch. It helped being a stay at home Mom. The kids were happy that someone was at home waiting for them. We had 6 children and now are parents.

There is almost no time to eat so its not fare. And then teachers say yeah you just got your lunch break?!😢
