Yes it’s nice of the dad for Ella to be a kid, but he’s trying to pressure her into being one. She’s still one, but she does have her own mind and decisions, so he could’ve asked her how she felt about everything and support her.

Great story and I agree that kids should enjoy being young while it last instead of doing nothing but studying. Growing up too fast can cause of lot of stress on people and leave them depressed. If Peter Pan taught us anything is that you should enjoy being a kid while it last cause once you grow up there’s no going back. The dad really meant well to protect his daughter Ella from the same mistake that his mother in law made that resulted in his wife’s death.
