I have an S90C for one room, but I have to admit - Im going to jump on the QN900D for my primary gaming TV. The colors, blacks are incredible.. The upscaler is crazy AND the 4k mode has 240hz and 8k has 60hz It's expensive, but holy cow. I will probably have a two TV setup at my place where I will ugrade at different times.. The Samsung 90 series and the Samsung 8k stupid mode series

@@mercman009 Nice! This last year was the first time I started to investage TVs heavily. I had already decided on the S95C, but then I saw some warnings about the one connect box and how the S90C was just about as good anyway. I got the TV and a Q900C Soundbar for $2300 and I could get it right away, so I grabbed it. It is a fantastic TV.

Great video! to be honest, I kind of expected or wished for that from this TV. When I looked at the other reviews, I was drawn to the fact that this TV can do much more than what they show in filmmaker mode. I'm glad you exposed it and I want many more videos! I was kind of hesitating whether to buy the s90c now or to wait for the reviews of the s90D .. I think there is no doubt :) Keep up the good work, congratulations!!

Will your D settings apply to the S95D? I went with matte because it will be predominately be used as my main monitor and I have a ton of RGB lightning and many displays in the same room. I finally upgraded because my C1 was reflecting everything.

Very nice vid man. Hoping my CX can hang on through the year for the price on the 65in to drop a bit. I've got like 9k+ hours on my CX but its still holding strong with 0 burn in or dead pixels. Csnt justify upgrading it yet but glad there is this amazing option once I'm forced to do so lol.

QD-OLED is basically 55-65 in sizes. Smaller or larger is woled territory. 77in is probably the largest QD-OLED size you can buy..but that size tends to get funky. 55-65 is QD-OLED safe.

Quantum, quick thoughts on the build-in audio on the S90D 🤔 The S95B came with 60 watts at the time, (i remember you being quiet impressed by it (compared to LG/SONY)) and the S90D has only 40 watts, i believe. Good enough for an small room / bedroom 🤔

Those TVs are not the same size. S90D on the right, as a much larger TV, is naturally perceived as brighter. So this brightness comparison is pointless. I appreciate all your videos and magical calibrations, I am subscribed because of that, but just stop comparing different size TVs, it's stupid.

Brightness is only one important aspect. Hmm if I remember 77 inch tvs can be brighter by nature its why the s90c was a hit at 77 inch and more equal to the s95c, but not particularly the 65 inch. There is much better detail and clarity even carefully looking for differences in seeing because of size. There is just a slick more detailed shaper image on the s90d and to put your idea back towards you the smaller tv should look sharper all equal so even a bigger difference then indicated. (Lower ppi). Rock on cant wait use your settings for the price of 2 cups of coffee...an enormous time saver!!

Quantum, quick thoughts on the build-in audio on the S90D 🤔 The S95B came with 60 watts at the time, (i remember you being quiet impressed by it (compared to LG/SONY)) and the S90D has only 40 watts, i believe. Good enough for an small room / bedroom 🤔
Give it a month and it will be nerf just like the samsung s95b was

Those TVs are not the same size. S90D on the right, as a much larger TV, is naturally perceived as brighter. So this brightness comparison is pointless. I appreciate all your videos and magical calibrations, I am subscribed because of that, but just stop comparing different size TVs, it's stupid.
Brightness is only one important aspect. Hmm if I remember 77 inch tvs can be brighter by nature its why the s90c was a hit at 77 inch and more equal to the s95c, but not particularly the 65 inch. There is much better detail and clarity even carefully looking for differences in seeing because of size. There is just a slick more detailed shaper image on the s90d and to put your idea back towards you the smaller tv should look sharper all equal so even a bigger difference then indicated. (Lower ppi). Rock on cant wait use your settings for the price of 2 cups of coffee...an enormous time saver!!
