Big difference in price but is it a big difference in quality? Grab the Sony BRAVIA XR A95L or save and get the Samsung S95C QD-OLED, I discuss that in this side by side 4K TV comparison using demos from Jennifer Gala's @TheHDRSuperchannel . Looking at two 2nd generation QD-OLED 2023 TVs which fits you better?

Both look great but the A95L just pops more and looks to have higher APL.
Ignore these images, both these TVs look about a thousand times better in real life and they are almost identical, there was also a blind test where the S95C won.
@@Michael.TalbotI found the QN800C to be better, more striking than the QD OLED.
@@hastensavoir7782 Not in a shaded or dark room, in a bright room mini led will look better.
@@Michael.Talbotwhere was many blind test what are you tryna say by that 😂

I just got back from Best Buy and I was absolutely blown away by the A95L. Wish it wasn’t so expensive lol
you too huh 😂 Was it also playing those Top view skyscraper videos ? it was mesmerizing to see not gonna lie
Great content. It would be nice with these side by side comparisons we got a mirrored image on one of the TVs because usually the camera recording seems to be in focus at the middle 50% of the screen and out of focus on the sides. So if you compare detail you always end up comparing the center of the video with one of the edges of the video. This means one is out of focus and the other is in focus
When you pay 30% less for a S95C, you forget the 5% clarity difference.
It is 100% less and the clarity is the same if you set it up right.
When you pay less for a LG C3 both of those make no sense and LG comes straight out the box calibrated
@@fabolousjada5070 I will never buy an LG Oled again... I bought a G2 last year and after 4 month the right side off my panel turned pink and i had to get my money back. I also own a C1 but i have to use apple TV to turn off DV and use HDR10 because it destroys black detail. I am done with all of LG`s banding, uniformity and pink tint issues.
@@fabolousjada5070 BTW i just bought an S95C in the black Friday deals and it is the best PQ i have ever seen, I did a uniformity test and it is perfect. i am very happy with this purchase.

My S95C comes tomorrow. I was going to get the 90 , but they had one on top of the other at my local Best Buy and i could tell the difference, the 95 is brighter and a little more colorful than the 90. The A95L is fantastic and probably a bit better, but not 1100 better.
Personally I'd have gone with the LG G3 over the Samsung S95C if it's down to price.
@SagaciousFrank I bought a 49 inch LG in the past that had an issue of every 30 seconds or so a message ( can't remember what it said) would pop up on the right corner of the screen. I tried everything to get rid of it but it still popped up there. I researched it and found others had the same problem with it and LG basically ignored it. I still have that tv in my basement just sitting there collecting dust. I swore I would never buy another LG.
@@lonniewilliamson2569, that's sad to hear. However, I could imagine most other companies behaving this way. I currently have a FALD Sony, and thankfully it's been very reliable, but I hear their customer service and support is likewise atrocious.
And how is your new tv? i realy whant the S95c 65 inch but please let me know what your thought are on your new tv. And this tv is without Dolby Vision is it realy a dealbreaker plz let me know thanks in advance.
@elmarmol2650 I am returning it. Already have it scheduled for this Wednesday Nov 8. The TV looks absolutely amazing. I was very happy with it once i got it set up and working. Then I played my Xbox on it and again it looked amazing. Then while watching my OTA channels from my antenna, for some reason the screen would go black after only 5 minutes. I thought maybe it was just that channel, so I checked others and the same thing happened. I checked my cables and they were fine. Then I went back to playing Xbox and again I would get a black screen after playing maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I had heard of this problem, but didn't think it was wide spread and took a gamble, but sadly Iost. Then yesterday my wife was watching something on Netflix and she said the screen would go black and then come can on. She said it happened 4 times in an hour and a half. So I called best buy and bought the a95l . I didn't want to pay that much, but I can't deal with this. It's a shame. It's absolutely beautiful when it's working correctly, but far too many bugs, and NO, there is no Dolby Vision on any Samsung tvs, but that's not a deal breaker for me anyhow. The HDR movies looked amazing. My advice- Don't make the mistake I just did..
Thanks for your review. Does the DV issue affect both internal apps and external HDMI? Or just HDMI? (I thought it was just HDMI?)
What setting was the S95C in during this video? Filmmaker mode or standard?
Do you think the a95m next year will feature x4 hdmi2.1 ports? I have a S95C and for the price I paid I'm more than happy with it currently but the motion on the a95l looks great when I demoed one.
Love your videos amigo. I've read somewhere on Reddit that there was an update on the LG G3 and that it fixed the game mode issue. Is this true?
Just received my Sony A95L very happy no drop outs like Samsung 🎉
What are drop outs?
@@clonedcloned2580 Pretty much the S95C suddenly turns black randomly. Some 2iq folks trying to say it's the HDMI cable but spoiler alert it's not. Check KZhead plenty of videos showing the drop outs it's awful.
Great video KG! 🔥 If you want can we have a video that shows more comparison of both tvs in gaming? Hdr & sdr games?
We need an A95L vs A80L comparison.
100%
very strange that no one is doing that comparison with actual tvs side by side. Best Buy has them next to each other.I went with A80L@@gbej1
For real, I keep waiting for this.
Lol, all these Sony fanboys channels won't do it. Because they both are 99% same. If they do how they can claim, "A95L as k!nG 0f T#3 tV"....
Haven't seen both at Best Buy with correct settings, the A95L has more color volume and brightness, but if you did not have them side by side the A80L is still an amazing choice.@@falconking007
Spent time comparing A95L vs A80L in Best Buy and went with A80L. They seemed pretty close in picture quality to the point that I could not justify paying almost twice as much for the A95.
Yh man I went with 83“ A80L instead of 77“ A95L and I don’t regret it. This tv is amazing.
@denissssss8579 it's a carry over of the a90j. I can't justify paying that price for a almost 3 year old product. Yah it has the xr clear implications, and yes that's worth something, but 77 a95l is a better technology to invest money into rather than 3 year old a90j.
I got an A95L to replace an A80J. I will say in most scenes, it basically looks almost the same. It’s only with bright HDR that the A95L blows the 80J. So yes… for most people, that ain’t worth double the price
Going with 77 a80l for this reason. Im waiting for March/April only to see if they are going to bring QD-Oled to an A80 (85)M or MLA to C4. If not I'm snatching up that 77 and not looking back
How’s the sound quality on the 80 ?
Thanks for this content. The space I have for a gaming tv is limited to 50" or less(atm its a 43). The tvs you reviewed that I like for my ps5 are 120hz but they dont make that in a 50" or less in samsung or sony. Do I have to much weight on needing 120hz?
Hey KG, great video my friend. I think your content and information is some of the best content on KZhead. Thank you so much for everything you do 🙏 Keep up the great work and thank you 🇬🇧🤗
Thank you so much for your encouragement! That means a lot to me.
The clairity advantage of the a95l you mentioned, can you demonstrate it on camera?
Sony Tv is Eye soothing smooth pixels soft view.. brilliant colours fully immersive like all colours been dissolved in screen Samsung pixels are spiky and Edgy very harsh view dull colours feels like computer monitor little whitish foggy type screen Sony Is Master .. LG #2 LG Tv black levels are high.. nice clarity with Deep dark colours Lg Tv picture is also little Edgy feels like Monitor but colours are smooth, you will enjoy the all content..
Sony has had issues as well with handshaking with external devices. In particular the Sonos Arc.
Is there any good reasons to buy A95L when it's ~$1250 more expensive than S95C in Hong Kong region? Especially when there's no significant difference in panel technology, and possibly not so much for quality build as well. Good to hear if any.
Hey KG I have the S95BD from 2022 and I think it's close enough to the S95C and S90C. The A95L is a fantastic tv but just a little bit too expensive for me The S95BD fits my use case so I'm satisfied. Plus I got the tv for a steal of a price.
Agree!
that tv was so bad I returned 3 of them and switched to a g3 now ive not had one issue. I wouldn't touch the s95b even it was free
Strange, for me the s95b is the best tv I ever had. Also for a really good price. G series would in that case never be an option. Always thought I would end up with an LG but sorry to say the Samsung delivers.

So my 2 day old A95k has freezing problems out of the box. Watching Netflix, it decided to freeze when I backed out of one show to go look for another. The second day it just outright froze mid movie, in Netflix again. This time the screen went black and the power light started blinking. My QN800A has a one connect box and I get black screen and audio dropouts daily and multiple times in a movie. Here you we are with the new models and nothing has changed?? Never mind the brightness and picture quality, when will they start focusing on getting their TVs to just work, period? When Sony started introducing HDMI 2.1 features, they didn’t even work for over a year. I still don’t think they do properly on the 900f/h. My point is, they take your money by over promising and under delivering. How can they advertise features that don’t work? In Samsung’s case, it works, just not 100% of the time! A blackout or audio drop is the tv not working in that moment. Every year we’re distracted by the features, processing and picture quality. Meanwhile they can’t or won’t give the tv the hardware it needs to have to function to the full extent they described in their marketing. I’m going to start selling cars that stall out a few times a day, or are sluggish and you have to pull over twice a day to unplug the battery and reconnect it, but I’m going to charge Honda prices.
Man my lg C1 just Took a major dump yesterday right in my living room it won’t stay on at all with a smal white line vertical on the left side of your looking at it. Where should I start. Other than the ridiculous east steps I took to see if it would restart properly.
Could someone advise how a HDMI switch would work with the Sony? Would it save picture settings for each thing, for example if had different settings for my ps5 & Xbox, using the switch would the TV be able to recognise this and apply the settings? Or would it use the same settings all the time for each thing and I would have to change each time depending what I was using? Regards, confused person.
Hi can you please do a video for A95L picture settings please
Any idea how long is the one conect cable the long one
I got 55" S95C for $1500 because even 55" A80L is $1700 in my country. There is no A95L, but I believe it would be at least $2500, so I think I made the right choice. Also, no dropouts at 4k 120Hz at all after 2 weeks.
I got my 65" s95b for even less than that. If you're patient for ssles Samsung are excellent value. I meant 60plus % cheaper than the Sony yet the Sony still has some tangible disadvantages against the Samsung. It's very hard to make a case unless money is no option
philippines?
We need real 4k! When do we want it? Now!
Anyone else notice that the S95C ABL (Auto Brightness Limiter) seemed to kick in very quickly versus the A95L, especially in content shown during the first few minutes of this video? It caught my attention fairly early and I found it to be a bit distracting.
As an a80j owner, i dont think ill have to change anytime soon
We've been waiting for the Sony A95L for its MultiView feature. Sadly, no A95L model anywhere has this functionality, although its advertised. Sony staff VERY unsure and ringing their technical people results in nil information. We assume a software update is required to enable this functionality. However not spending $ 9-10K before Sony can actually demonstrate the functionality.
I like the features on S95C. 4 hdmi 2.1, one connect box, QSymphony, GREAT picture and processing (though sony gets props for processing). Samsung is more for less
S95C has dropout issues and because of the One Connect Box it's limited to 40gpbs HDMI 2.1 speed, which is very bad for 4k 144Hz gaming with HDR. Samsung kinda ruined the S95C, wich is very sad.
I play narrative games. Is 120 Hz on 40 GB enough?@@acehoodman
I just want a tv that can display hdr colors correctly instead of turning fire color's yellow/orange into pink it happens to most games currently i have c1 and it kills hdr experience for me

A95L for the win. Only the best for me.
I currently have the 85X90CL and stream 99.99%, but I'm considering buying a PS5 for Black Friday. I like the X90CL because of its clarity and colors, but I wouldn't mind if it was brighter, had mini-led, and more dimming zones 😁. Is the 85X95K for $2,600 + mini-led+ more dimming zones worth considering over the 85X90CL for $2,000+ 5 year free warranty + XR Clear?
I think so .. if you have the space for it .. I would get the 85 X95K,
Are Sony going to fix the Dolby Vision for the A95L?
Great video KG. KG is the A95L better than the QN90C for sdr in a bright room?
Definitely not.... qn90c can't be beat for bright room
@@jenvogue5005 Thanks bud. That reasures me with my led choice.

I'm looking into the A95L, I only ever had 1 Xbox, a ln Amazon fire stick and plan on Soundbar in the future. So HDMI ports are fine for me and I prefer picture quality. But how is the sound Quality out of this TV compared to a sound system? I was planning on the Samsung Q990c. Do you a sound Quality comparison test?
Tv's built-in speakers are nothing like I've ever heard. Screen acts as a speaker as it has 3 actuators and a sub behind the screen. And if you combine Sony's A-series soundbar, you can make this TV as a center speaker.
Hey, is your hdr tone mapping set to “active” on the s95c? Thanks!
Clearly not lol
No it is on static, I used default fmm vs Sony’s pro mode it was the closest to it
The s95c at the beginning, especially with the water, looked a bit too warm in comparison. Unless you're watching low quality content with your super expensive TV, i don't see the justification for the cost difference between the 2. That's just me of course. 😂
Hey! It looks like 2 different white points on both TVs to me. This is most likely the reason for the color differences here.
Can u increase the brightness on Samsung
Does anyone know when the 77in A95L will be back in stock at Sony or BB? I’ve made my choice but I don’t want to wait many months

Bought the 65 inch G3 for my bedroom and moved my 65 inch S95B to my living room. Decided I’m gonna save up and buy the 77 inch A95L next year for prime day. Should be in the 3599-3799 range by then.
Which on is better s95b or G3 ?
@@gertiasllani3564 movies, low bit rate streaming and sports are better on the G3. Gaming is better on the S95B to me.
KG what mode is the comparison in the video in?
Professional vs Filmmaker mode. I do the most comparable modes out of the box. Also keep in mind you absolutely cannot trust the camera 100%, that is why I put that note at the start the most important part of a comparison is the commentary and evaluation. I don't judge the footage I take notes during the actual comparison in most cases unless stated otherwise.
Thanks
The S90C has been recommended so much that I think the real question for me is: Is the A95L 77" worth $3k more than the S90C 77"
Hell no, get the S90C and if you wanna burn the same amount of money get a nice solid wood media console and a nice speaker setup.
Depends if you watch anything that isn’t 4k native so anything from you tube tv will look bad on the 90c
@@screwydrewy7027 but how bad is bad, I would like to watch broadcast sports which is all 1080p, is it $3k bad or like just not as good as normal
@@James-jx4ud I have an s90c and it’s kinda unwatchable for me. I also have a g2 and the picture quality is night and day in streaming sports. Now the 4k is amazing and gaming is amazing. However KZhead tv is actually horrible. It just doesn’t handle low bitrate content well at all. The image is noisy has a lot of micro blocking and just kind of a blurry and a mess. I’m either going with a g3 or a Sony a95L Or the x95L mini led. Samsungs processing on low quality images just can’t compete
@@screwydrewy7027 great to know, thank you. It’s tough because I want the great 4k but I watch so much broadcast tv and stream off my home server so sometimes prefer saving space with lower quality material (like tv shows with 10+ seasons). Just makes me think my use case is going to justify this premium price
Get the Samsung it has lower Input Latency for videogames and for competitive gaming you need it, also the Samsung is a lot cheaper. Most of the items I have are Sony BTW but honestly the price difference between these tvs makes the S95C the clear winner, I know that the Sony has better image quality and motion no doubts but at the end of the end you wouldn't even tell the difference when watching movies because the difference is minimal.
Some here are saying the Samsung is more “accurate” or whatever but that’s the first I’ve ever heard Samsung being accurate at all. Sony tracks the ETOF perfectly and does a better job with highlight brightness and detail. I personally think Sony handles motion a bit better than Samsung as well. When you turn the soap opera effect on the Samsung is extremely smooth on panning shots but turns to a blurry mess on action scenes. The Sony is not as smooth with panning shots but is more clear on action scenes. The Sony is actually watchable in action scenes. Just bought the X90L and I prefer Sony. My parents and just about anyone I know has Samsung or LG. I think Samsung processing is worse than LG and Sony and they don’t even have Dolby Vision.
Hello, I have a request. Could you check how the "Auto HDR remastering" function works on Samsung TV? I'm very interested in it, but no one is testing it. Does it work at all? How does activating it affect the brightness of SDR content? Especially on Oled matrices
This is just on QLED TVs not OLED and it’s kind of gimmicky it’s similar to intelligent mode
@@TechWithKGhmmm Pity. If this technology were improved and developed (if it possible), it would be perfect for OLEDs. SDR would become much better on them.

Brighter than a A95L Cheaper and better quality than an overpriced Sony that will have burn 🔥 in issues GUARANTEED within 2 1/2 years. I know from experience. Don’t take my word for it. Spend your hard earned money 💰 and see for yourself. Samsung is the winner hands down.
A95L all day
These Oleds, almost in 2024 now, are still dimming in SDR content and game mode ? I asked this question on the BestBuy website in the A95L section, and someone responded back saying to "lower the peak brightness to MEDIUM to make it less noticeable." But doesn't that defeat the purpose of this added peak brightness this year ? I'm sorry, I'm not will to do that ! Until Oled technology gets beyond this hump that it seems it cannot overcome, I cannot by an Oled TV. I like to watch Hockey and Soccer. I don't want the screen to dim when watching sports. Is there any advancements on this front ? I should've asked Brian from tech Therapy to ask the guy with the beard from Sony he just interviewed to see if the engineers are getting closer to resolving this SDR/Gaming issue. Ugh But good video KG.
Get a mini LED. OLEDs are primarily for dim/dark rooms where a dimmed image still appears bright. Yes even my Samsung S95C dims and you can see when it happens. I am not annoyed because the image quality is second only to this Sony. And the colors, blacks are unlike any TV can do. OLEDs are king, if you don't like the auto dimming, get a Mini LED.
Sdr content is 100 nits. QD-Oled can do ~ 250 nits full screen on sdr. For sports it would be better a miniled, which can go ~ 750 nits full screen.
Sony TV's are great but that MSRP price when first rolled out is wayyy too high. I'd say wait until this time next year to get the A95L when it's at its lowest price. I don't see how much better they can make the A95M for 2024 over this. No matter the size TV I don't think anyone should spend over 2k for a tv. I got a great deal for less than 1800 on a new 77A80J last October. It might be a few years behind but it's great for what I use it for.
Time is finite. Once a new model is out, unless it is prohibitively expensive (such as in the case of cutting edge tech coming out for the first time like VR googles), I'd rather get it right away and enjoy than wait 6 months - 1 years, it is worth the cost to me to get to enjoy something sooner than later and waste time in anticipation.
If you can afford it go for it. I see TV's like cars, as soon as you get it it depreciates as there is already a newer model coming out. With anything new there is always gonna be some bugs so along with getting a better deal you also give them time to fix/update the problems new owners get out of the box.@@vamseemk
I like the A95L because it looks lighter, the samsung looks darker. I want a bright white background, not dark.
My oled cx has a line of dead pixels at the top. Just 2 years old. No warranty . Should I go for 75 inch x90L or 65 inch Lg G3 . Both available for almost same price with Sony being 200 dollars cheaper. Also Qn95c is available for same price as Sony but in 65 inches. So bigger size or better pic at smaller size ?
Are you in Australia? My CX was 3 years old, lodged a complaint to LG and they replaced the panel 100% free of charge.
In my country the 55" A95L costs a whopping $3,500 and on sale I was able to get a 55" S95C for a price tag of $1,300 + soundbar as a gift nothing to talk about here !
To defend the samsung, i will say that the default picture modes are not representative of what the tv is calable of and i see it here in this comparison where the highlights in the samsung are muted and it doesnt match the Sony. Ive no doubt i could get the samsung to look 95%plus the way the sint looks here. Obviously, that excluding processing
LOL it is NOT worth the difference vs 77" S90C dollar for dollar but if you enjoy the best UPSCALING of cable, OTA, sports and streaming and don't care about Dolby Vision then get the A95L.
The A95L is so superior side by side
No
Why is your S95C so warm next time you should push both TVs and try to create parity between the settings
I believe KG just went for an OOTB comparison here. Most reviewers either don’t know, don’t care, or have time to set comparison television sets up to match and better represent a similar picture. This still gives us a general idea (but could throw people who don’t understand these things off).
I just used warm 2 the Sony is by default on filmmaker mode Sony on pro is a bit more blue out if the box.
warm 2? But why? It just gives everything a red tint too it and undersaturates the other colors.@@TechWithKG
3% brighter..3x the price..LMFAO
Facts
One connect box is definitely a downside. It’s not full bandwidth 2.1 HDMI and I have an AVR that I use to do all my input switching with one HDMI going to the tv. The one connect box is pointless in my setup.
I’m not sure why you say that A95L only has two HDMI ports. I have the 77” and it has four.
I said 2 hdmi 2.1 ports for 120hz 4K gaming
@@TechWithKG I didn’t hear you mention the total number of HDMI ports.
I find it hard to believe that they're comparable in image. The QD-OLED has better contrast due to the brighter panel and colors pop more. I have seen A80L but when viewed side by side, the colors in the A95L looked more lush and popped more in all scenes and settings. Sony is not charging double for brightness alone, that brightness is what makes contrast and colors even better. Also the ABL in A80L is atrocious. A thing that is waaaay improved in the A95L. Gaming on the A80L is always gaming at 50% brightness. The TV dims a lot every time there is a static image. The A95L does not. These are things that make a big difference. People convince themselves that they're spending less and getting the same thing, like buying a Honda as opposed to an Audi. Yes both are cars that will take you A to B and both have same features, one is more luxury and the other gets you there. Same with TVs. I got the Samsung S95C 77" and I always knew Sony once they come out with the A95L will be the better TV but not $2000 better for me. A80L ranks 8 or 9 if you compare it to all the OLEDs in the market right now :C2, G2, C3, G3, A95K, A95L, Samsung S90C, S95C....
So basically what you're saying is that the A80L, is equivalent of the A95L, a TV that trumps all the ones I mentioned above. A80L is just as good as LG G3? Please dude, stop this nonesense.
@@cyberathlete Please don't assume that every views TV's like you do. I've seen both TV's at length. I would not spend more than $500 more to get the A95L over the A80L. While the A95L offers a more visibly distinct/brighter image than the A80J/A90J and A95K/A80K. FOR ME, the difference isn't and day. And, to be honest, I prefer MLA technology over QD-OLED as I feel that on both the Samsung and Sony the colors are a hair to saturated for me. That's simply what I think. While we may look at stats and say one TV is the best, how someone feels about an image is totally subjective. If LG processing were a hair better I would choose G3 over A95L.
Is it really fair to use a Sony monitor as reference tough ? I’ve watched a lot of comparisons with other references and they determined the Samsung was more faithful
A95L price is justified. Its the King of OLED right now. The price for most may not be the best but by next year people are selling TVs and buying new ones that dont even compare. Mine as well spend the extra money on the better product. This tech has maxed out. And it still doesnt defeat Pioneer Plasma or even Samsung PLasma
If the Samsung had Dolby Vision, even as a paid software upgrade (so I can pay the license instead of Samsung because they don't want to) it will be a no brainer for me.
but it has it
wow that sony is brighter can you do a game comparison
I'm still on that full array 85" Sony and I'm afraid to get something new and be disappointed. Not a lot of blooming, motion blur is a big deal and the contrast and thick color just looks so good. Definitely depends on what I'm streaming sometimes as for whatever reason I have problems when I'm running Disney plus Dolby vision or Hulu live watching football but most everything else looks pretty outstanding. Not a lot of blooming and very detailed picture without a lot of glitches or bugs like judder. I'd definitely like motion and overall steaming services to be more consistent and better but for most things I watch look pretty sweet. Prob wait another year or two before I go OLED
Get the 8k QN900C!😊
I watch this video on my 65' S95C & I can easily see the difference. The only major difference I see is when it comes to low bit rate content. Outside of that there no major difference. For me I game most of the time on my tv. From what I've seen, both tvs trade blows. However in my opinion, the S95C is slighty a better gaming tv cause you get game motion plus & sdr get brighter than the A95L. Do I regret buying the S95C after seeing the A95L? Nope I dont. If the A95L came out earlier this year, would I bought it over the S95C? Honestly I would cause the tv would have been on sale during the holidays & I could have easily waited for that price drop. Also its a better overall tv & I can easily pay the extra money for it
What's the difference between S92c VS S90c?
Now about the differences between these TV models. The S90C is the original TV model. The S92C, S93C, and S94C are modifications of the S90C, and here are the differences between them. S90C: 40-watt sound, 2.1 sound formats (two speakers and a subwoofer) S92C, S93C, S94C: 2.1.2 sound format (three speakers and two subwoofers), 60-watt sound power. The screens and motherboards in these TVs are the same.
Now let’s look at the differences between OLED TVs. The specifications of these TVs are the same. The package is also the same. The only difference is a slight change in design, the Samsung icon on a different background, or some plastic insert in a different color. The second reason is to fill the market with various TV models. And simply put, it’s marketing; the customer comes into the store, looks at the available TVs, there is the S92C model, and there is the S94C subconsciously includes a comparison S94C should be better than the S92C.
If you do not like the separate HDMI box on the SAMSUNG S95C. You have the option of the built-in connection on the back of the TV on the S90C. And is less than the S95C and absolutely way less than the Sony. Check it out in person, you can barely notice the differences. I checked both out in person and was equally impressed. But your wallet will feel the difference. The money you save with the Samsung, you can use that towards other purchases (soundbar, 4K player, etc..). SAMSUNG is way better IMO for the money. But if you have the money to spend, maybe Sony is your choice.
Max brightness seems to be measurably different 90
Hi here in germany the s95c ist at 2200 and the lg g3 is also at 2200euro. I bought the a95l 65" for 3000. I think i will be happy or ? Paid 800euro more ...well... It will delivered next week . Im hyped 😂
S95C is good, G3 is not bad, A95L is the BEST, ALL IN ONE.
And Most expensive
@@Cons2911 HAHA,This is the only problem.
@@gwac1963Well, it's a pretty big problem. Also, there are no big screen sizes.
s95c is better for movies and shows. i have no issues with it. i don't play games on a TV i play games on a gaming monitor. for me Sony has always been overpriced for what it is.
Sony always ❤
Sony is the king of tv's. No other brand even comes close. I will only own Bravia's.
The last 2 Sony Oleds I have owned have had burn in issues within 2 1/2 years.
Just can’t justify the A95L sadly. But I’d go for the LG G3 myself. I’m used to LG as I’ve got the CX and I’m thinking the G3 is brilliant.
Tbh i justify it if you want to game only LG plus price .. Sony for the best movie and sports and tv quality. Samsung makes no sense cause of its price
@@fabolousjada5070 what interests me is the future longevity of WOLED, given that it’s now in its 10th generation. QD-OLED is only in its second, and given its youth, we’ll have to see how they develop this technology. What really surprises me is Panasonic, Philips and of course LG have plumped for MLA over QD-OLED, but I do expect this to change when Samsung Display start to reach those 800,000 unit production levels that they say they have capacity to reach. LG are making losses on their WOLED screens and even changed the CEO to try to make the required changes. If I’m to buy Sony then I’ll have to wait perhaps another 18 month which I will do, but 18 months is a long time and I’ll see where the technology goes.
Thanks as always for the vid KG, I held off this year on TVs, gonna see what CES has in store, you going again next year?
Most definitely going that’s the plan
@@TechWithKGwell as always I'll look forward to seeing you all there, hopefully Brian and fomo will be there as well, I enjoyed this years 😊
Sony should drop they’re price down $500 on the flagship tvs
A95L est juste un peu mieux mais 1000 euros de plus a choisir je prends le s95C avec mega barre sonore avec les 1000e
Doldy vision is dark the format must be upgraded from 10 movies one is best
Dont underestimate the s95c dropouts. It is a huge widespread problem. Do not buy that tv unless you want hassles and drops outs.
Great video thanks for doing. Sony picture way better. Shaper image. Samsung just over saturates colors and some may like that but I don't. I want to get A80L as well because I've heard problems with QD OLED TV's. Plus rumors are Sony is doing away with OLED TV's for mini led. I hope this isn't true! Peak brightness is so overrated and all people care about. OLED TV's still give the best picture
I actually just posted my A80L video btw Sony is definitely not killing off their OLED TV future plans.
@@TechWithKG ya I just watched this video this morning. Great video! Ok good because I heard rumors about doing away with OLED which concerned me. So is VRR a huge difference in gaming. Because I have the 900E from 2017 still which was and is an amazing TV, worth upgrading I assume? All I buy is Sony tvs because of all the things you mentioned. Thanks for response too. I will subscribe and follow your videos. I watched the video on A80L as well
I have the A95K and boy I dont have to worry about LG, or Samsung stepping up to that level for another few years.
