    • @@Room-xi6nb Easy. You only untape one side. Bottom, top, side, doesn't matter. You then crawl in, reach behind you, and pull it back into the wall, effectively retaping it.

  • Greatest movie of all time. Infinitely rewatchable. It doesn't have a complex plot, it doesn't have explosions and w.e. Yet it grabs your attention from the beginning, and lets you go at the end filled with positive emotions. It is what cinema is supposed to be. A perfect movie.

    • Funnily enough I saw forest gump exactly once when I was 20( 36 now), was like meh. Then watch Shawshank a year or two later and loved it and watched it loads, and for the irony I rewatched it asap after being inside for a month 😀

  • For people who don't know; morgan freeman's character is a ginger irishman in the book. The scene where andy asks "why they call him red" and he replies "maybe its cos i'm irish" is a nod to the book. That line confused me for years until i asked google, which is know to locate certain tjings from time to time

  • Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption is worth a read. It's one of Stephen King's best short stories. And Morgan Freeman is so good and that baritone voice is so soothing, you almost forget that Red killed his wife on purpose for the insurance money.

    • @@Simbabweman though in the movie there are birds who "rather be caged". Brooks, who live his life inside prison that he can't survive outside world, and his pet crow, who also can't survive the outside world after Brooks set it free (they found it dead when they're working the field)
