Crushing some books, 1500 sheets of A4 paper and other things with our new 300 Ton Hydraulic Press on our brand new concrete bunker! That is missing still roof and couple concrete elements :D

Compress different species of Hardwoods
Please retry the strength of metals. Where you had the metal cylinders, and crushed them. Now with the new press you might get more accurate results. And hopefully the brass cylinder won't destroy the bunker like the window😂

3:52 Try interleaving the pages of the books together. It's almost impossible to push them apart because there's so much friction.

But how would a press pull them apart? Mythbusters needed a tank.
@@ferretyluvthat's my point. If you watch the video at that specific point I tagged, the books sheared off of one another - they had nothing to stop their outwards expansion as the z coordinate compressed. Interleaving them would prevent that happening, giving a better crush.
The idea to record the sound of the pump to give an indication how hard it works is great. I always listened to it in your previous videos.

9:30 I think you should have the pump sound included in the audio for normal speed stuff but remove it for the slow motion parts. All the cracking sounds will be enough for the slow motion parts and allows the viewer to focus more on those details.
Yes, definetly a great idea with the pump sound! The pump is like the 3rd character in your videos so would be lovely to give it its personal microphone as well :)
Sometimes I'll just go about my day with your videos playing in the background. When I hear a BOOM followed by Hanna laughing I know I've missed something good and will stop what I'm doing, rewind, and watch it 😂😂😂

Just going to say that about the give in the table. Definitely adds some more excitement to the video, and even some compliance to potentially stop things like books from squirming away. Nice to see it might make a comeback.

THats a great upgrade on the press and the safety bunker looks very safe! I have to say though, that i miss the intro video, the "here we go", and the extra content at the end. Right about the pump sound, being able to tune it out in moments required is a good option
Should put a marker board behind the GoPro and place bets on how high it jumps and as a record of the jumps as an extra bonus. Also like the idea of the mic on the pump. Be interesting to hear how much work its doing.
Great idea about the audio. I agree that I enjoy hearing the pump change sounds. But its also good to have to option to remove it. Good thinking!

Love this new press. Is it supposed to jerk around so much when things explode? Will need to check bolts often if so or find a way to control the shaking. I agree with putting microphone on the pump. nice to know the pressure it has applied to it.
