  • Such a profound explication on the ego manifestation in us.It is helped me and might help you.I elaborated control of my anger and negativity toward people sometime in the past.When a person instigated anger in me I had an intricate thought raise in my head.Hesitation on how to react accordingly retaliate shunt on him or take the presence as it is.I chose last one and felt some much power over me that I could suppressed my ego put him down almost effortlessly.

  • im here fight with trauma and shit ... ive never watch this movie to the end, just some bit ... and fckng years later, after Huberman Dopamin,Gabor Mate, Inner Child, Shadow Work integration .. here i fucking am, back to the roots, IT was always in from of me ... "he is hiding behind your pain, Jake" This line is the LINE for me. Thx for sharing, saddly this movie crashed so hard .. i just wonder why or who wanted it to silence this movie.

    • @@Schyzzbrah It’s a paradox. Ego is the enemy, but to paint ego as the enemy is impossible without using ego to do so. To love your enemy, is to love your ego for what it is. To see the beauty in its flaws. To detach from the ego, you have to watch it, you have to give it attention without judgment. Attention is a form of love. Observation without judgment is a form of love. This is extremely difficult to do, hence why monks and yogis may spend a lifetime practicing it. My guess is that loving awareness is the primordial state of consciousness, it is the thing which we are all drawn to, it is the basis of meditation. Hope this helps.

  • he's talking about Satan actually. But hidden behind Ego. hahaha Satan is so clever in Hollywood. Ego is the reason he fell, and before all creation was created by God, God knew Satan would fall, because God is the Alpha and Omega,. This si all a big plan for His glory, and you have a chance to win with God, or lose and go to hell eternally.
