We caught our Cobia Limit! Catch N Cook

In this episode of BlacktipH I go fishing with my buddy Austin in Virginia, and we catch, clean and cook Cobia 3 different ways! We were out fishing in the Chesapeake Bay all day, and it wasn’t until the afternoon when we started to see the fish. Once we caught the first cobia, the rest were all caught shortly after! We brought these cobia back to the dock, filet then and brought the meat home for dinner. Austin cooked fried fish fingers, Steve cooked cobia medallions with fried green tomatoes and lastly I cooked the rib meat of the cobia with some salt, pepper and lemon inside the oven!

  • love the catch and cook aspect. i know a lot of folks that know how to turn the key on the boat. and half of them know how to land a fish. but only half of them know how to clean em and cook em. so this is from the ocean to the table video. epic!!! keep up the good work.

    • I like them too. My one criticism is he should be more honest about the reviews. Not every recipe has to be amazing, and you don't have to make it a tie in the catch and cook competitions. Just be real.

  • I went fishing on Sunday to big pine key in Florida, and my roof is up to 100lbs my line 80lbs and the Penn squall 40...
