There’s Roads named after my great grandfather grandfather and his brother there’s books written about my uncle Gene for what he’s done for the king fish and inshore fishery. This is something I’ve always wanted to do I am Living Kansas now chasing big Whitetail but my first true love offshore fishing is a passion. I’ll never lose and I’ll never forget where my roots are. That was an awesome video. Awesome fish I very much enjoyed it. Thank you for your time posting this I must admit it’s got me, Jacked wanting to go Nova Scotia chasing giant tuna what a great job sir Thank you again.

You have to get a license to fish blue fin and the rig for the boat cost thousands, and not to mention the amount of money it cost for a rod n reel that size, I’m talking over 10K just for that rod n reel. It’s insane how much money you’ll have to pay to fish these fish, but if you got the money and stuff to do it, then go ahead. But you’ll probably never catch a fish like the one in the video.

Japan doesn’t really like the way Americans hunt bluefin though because they tend to ruin the value of it when they pierce it is the wrong spots. Also color of the meat shows the diet of the fish . If the fish had a good diet , the mead becomes a little more red in color and fat content isn’t tainted thus making it more flavorful. Most high end japan sushi chefs serve the tuna raw though so idk how I feel about them cooking it the way they did . You definitely don’t put maple syrup on it . That’s just a Canadian thing .
