Rebuild: Seiko Presage Fuyugeshiki Limited Edition - Automatic Watch 4R57A

2021 ж. 15 Қаз.
182 619 Рет қаралды

This time I´m rebuilding a Seiko Presage Fuyugeshiki.
This limited edition, japanese automatic watch features a power reserve indicator. The watch is powered by the Seiko 4R57A movement.
So this is not a restoration video, the condition of the watch before the service wasn´t "bad enough" so just sit back and relax ;)
I hope you liked this rebuild, if so, like, comment and subscribe ;)

  • I just want to tell you guys that I've watched this video a countless number of times. Mostly before bed. Not because the video makes me sleepy, but because it makes me happy.

    • That's what I love about Seiko, they often relate to nature and seasons as a theme for their watches, it just makes it much more beautiful! This watch in particular is just marvelous! It is complex and beautiful, especially the dial is just incredible!

  • Very different look and feel to this one. Much darker and moodier. I really love the new lens work, but I do miss the disassembly and cleaning. Still, absolutely beautiful work as always.

    • Thanks mate 😉 Next restoration video shouldn't take too long

      @RedDeadRestoration@RedDeadRestoration2 жыл бұрын
    • @@RedDeadRestorationAnyway, I think that you can split long video in two (or more) parts. For example: disassembly, cleanning and rebuild. And everybode can select what he wants. And at the end we will see: this WAS & this IS. But It is great work. Best regards.

  • Im learning more and more thanks to your channel, the understanding of where parts go, why they do they and they individual functionality helps me not look at an automatic movement with fear but more like a puzzle thats divided into mini sections, thats what makes it more understandable. • This video format is an amazing complement to your restoration videos! I especially really loved and needed to see the extreme close-ups of how you oiled and greased the different parts. I hope to get into this hobby in the next year or so and a video like this has taught me more about so many aspects that get skipped or glossed over in a restoration video. I hope to see more of these!
