I bought the cheapest BMW M5 competition F90 which was in a bad crash. i attempted to rebuild it myself and after months of work ive finally got it back on the road, but not without a few modifications first including new alloys and a remap! But now i have to take it to BMW for a stupid reason.

    • Me neither for most part. I'm very happy w/ my 2nd Ford Edge AWD. Had '13 Edge AWD & now '22 Edge ST AWD. Owned many other vehicles in 35yrs driving but these are "all around" my favorite. Sporty, luxurious ride & minimal basic maintenance. Wonderful to drive daily & extremely well built SUVs. -NY

  • I have to hold my hands up and say I did doubt you did the builds yourself in the channels early days. But I’m man enough to concede I was bang out of order and really respect what your doing, what you achieve and the obvious effect your having on thousands of people …hundreds of thousands ….maybe even more. You display acts of compassion & generosity that couldn’t fail to impress even the biggest of naysayers. Your dad must absolutely be as proud as any dad could be. You don’t cut corners, you defer to your dads experience and ask his advice all the time. As a father, a son doing this is the biggest mark of respect we could receive. Keep on doing exactly what your doing … the channel /model works fantastically and is rightfully attracting the global attention that it is. Bravo!

  • Every build you do is worth it. Your particular situation is unique in that the cars you purchase, no matter what the state, create content. The revenue stream is built-in, so it really doesn’t matter if there even is a loss on the car itself. Love your videos, appreciate every second of them. So if repairs cost 41K, and it would be marked as a category right off, clearly from a monetary point of view it’s not worth it but I’m sure with the amount of money you get from KZhead and the enjoyment element, then it is 😆

    • I think cars are mostly in these cases are written off because of the sheer amount of work hours that need to be put in. I am also shocked that basically the whole framing and engine work is less costly then a couple of sensors. I am curious if he sold it for decent money. I guess people tend to be hesitant spending that much on a car which was wrecked lol.

  • Mad respect for rebuilding it. I’d recommend getting ISTA if you plan on rebuilding bmws the software is very helpful. I’m rebuilding a bmw e90 and the electronics are killing me I keep getting code p1631 theft deterrent system 😂 such shit cars to work on. Good job 👏 M5 looking good.
