  • Captains must remain highly vigilant when navigating through Haulover on a busy day. The Captain in the thumbnail almost went into the rocks. Would he have been liable for his passengers? What are your thoughts on this?

  • Noticing more and more drones in the shots I’m surprised they haven’t banned those yet, wouldn’t be surprised if they found them soon over the inlet. I would imagine having that many drones out in a small space close to boats that are coming through an already challenging pass is just asking for trouble it would be really easy for a captain to get distracted by multiple drones following the boat, and if there were an accident you can better be a big lawsuit over it. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy the footage is so much as anybody else but they really should be keeping their distance and not flying so close to the boats and so close together.

The capitan should tell people that it will be rough and you should not be sitting in the bow. For the passengers they should be smart enough (yea right) to realize that it isn't safe to ride in the bow when leaving Haulover.
