  • Master Heng Yi is one of the masters who takes me away from the life' meaningless and void in the digital age of superficiality. I learnt to ground myself from within and not swayed by external forces whatever it is. He may not realise that his teaching has given ways and meanings to many lives and brought them back on track. I was alcoholic to the point that it almost killed me had my mom didn't check on me, I would have died in 2002. I was dependent on many many types of sedatives and antidepressants prescribed by my psychologist to numb my feelings. After I listened to Alan Watts' teaching, then Master Heng Yi and other masters. I realised that my life is not to be wasted on meaningless things. I become humbler, grounded, gentle and very down to earth. I still have to take drugs, but I am doing better days by days with greater conscience of my existence and other. My gratitude and respect to Master Heng Yi and those who publicised his teaching. You guy saved lives.
