This pastry creation is as cool looking as it is delicious!
It's composed of a caramel crunch on the bottom, a fluffy caramel sponge, a layer of soft caramel cremeux, a delicious smooth salted vanilla caramel, a light caramel mousse and a vanilla marshmallow on top! The entire box is crafted with a caramelized white chocolate!

  • What a refreshing change of pace! I love seeing all of the awesome chocolate sculptures and everything, but my favorite thing on this channel is when Amaury makes a gorgeous dessert look like something else. And how fun is corrugated chocolate? Love!
