The gold bars/ingots are filled with a crunchy vanilla sable and a soft vanilla caramel.

There's no locking mechanism since the dial is just for show, so technically its not a "working" safe. But i still like how he made the door bars retractable with the cogs if that's what you meant.

You made a whole gearing system that was then hidden, just so the door locked. And all so that you had a cool chocolate safe to hold your delicious gold bar/twix things. This is why people love you... To you it's done right or it's not done at all. Never stop being you, it's magnificent to watch.
The fact that he took such attention to detail only to hide his creation is why he is absolute perfection.
I expected the gold bars inside, which look delicious, but what I did not expect was that the safe actually works 🤯 he made gears and pins out of chocolate?! And the handle works too?!?! Amazing, as always.

Actually few years ago, Guichon was a contestant on the France 2 reality cooking series "Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier ?". The French "Who will be the next great pastry chef ?". Guichon placed only third in this competition. The bakery level in France is frightening...
