This super fun old school looking race car took me so long!
6 days in the making, it is 60inch long and 40 inch tall for an overall of 50lbs of dark chocolate.

  • After seeing Baking Impossible, I think Amaury can make a chocolate engine for a movable edible chocolate car. Here’s hoping he tries something like that in the second season of School of Chocolate.

    • I believe the project he himself destroys/cuts open right after making it is for the content only, but this one as you can tell is probably ordered.

    • He’ll be commissioned by very rich clients .. I bet they sell for 1000s - he doubles up on smaller projects to show the inside at the end - not the bigger projects
