It's being served with a giant mug of milk composed of a moist Almond cookie sponge, a pecan praline, a layer of vanilla cremeux, a Cookies/Mascarpone cream whip and topped with a Vanilla panacotta. What I love about these compared to a lot of the other “realistic” desserts is that they actually seem delicious, not just a tiny cake covered in 7 pounds of fondant

I prefer watching the stuff go in and out of the oven as opposed to just slapping the table and having it appear done. That trick can be fun, but I like when it showed more of the process too. When it just appears on the table finished it’s more like he’s just assembling stuff. Still amazing, but I like seeing the cooking too.
Agreeed! I adore these videos but they’re getting a bit choppy now. No need for gimmicky editing, he’s an artist, we can wait a couple seconds to watch things happen, don’t need to slap the table and make them appear

Yeah, pastries puffing up in the oven is so fun to watch! I get that these kinds of traditions are cool too, but I do wish that he's mix it up sometimes by showing the inside of the oven.
