I call him The Chocolate Guy because that's what Tumblr called him. I don't think I even knew his name until I coincidentally came across his videos on KZhead. Therefore, the people I know in real life who I shared his videos with also know him as The Chocolate Guy, so it's just easier to use that title. Although I do struggle to remember how to pronounce his name as well, but I don't hear it said very often.
