Will this 1929 Model A run after being abandoned for 75+ years. This car was either used as a doodlebug or as a power unit for a generator or maybe a water pump years ago at one point it was a two door coupe.
Will it run after 30 years
Will it run
Will it run after 50 years
Will it run after 81 years
Will it run after 60 years
Will it run after 53 years

  • That car was originally a four door town sedan you can tell by the cowl has a moulding similar to a 30 31. If it had a coupe pillar could be a coupe Tudor or a pickup can. All model a frames are the same with the exception of aa trucks which are longe and heavier. There are many small different of the four years of production. Enjoyed the video

I used a 2 gallon weed sprayer bottle, filled it with diesel and pumped it up. It sprayed perfectly into the spark plug holes with a small stream and no mess. • OK Mr. Dustin Jennings. You sure lucked out on this one. It rolled over with the belt and the belt wasn't even going over generator! Ha! That's crazy easy. When I was a kid learning about cars, one of my neighbors had a Doodlebug Tractor. It had an extra steering wheel on the passenger side that wrapped a cable up to raise and lower the implement on the back or front. They also had horses, so when they got the Doodlebug stuck, they'd get the horses and pull it out. Great fun watching Jennings, you have an amazing ability to "get everything right" so it'll run. That takes some real reasoning power. Thank you, ben/ michigan
