Keep friends close and enemy's closer
"I knew you were gonna pull this horse piss from the moment I got out of bed this morning" I quote this waaay too much.
The fact that he's a literal, "real" clown makes it better. Especially considering that implies that Caesar is an actual Zombie (that and his yellow eyes).
If Zomburgers theme “DOWN” tells us anything, they’ve probably known about Steve for quite a while
This series has done things to me. Two years later and I still think about "Somebody pour gatorade on Conrad, we got him."
every time i see someone smoking a juul... 'UNTHINKABLE THINGS TO MY MIND AND *BOD-EH'*

“Oh you wanna roughhouse, huh? You wanna take some sucker shots at my banana cage? _slams fist on the dashboard_ You wanna take some sucker shots at my banANA CAGE BILBOO!? Well let’s TANGO!”
the fact that Penny had to ask if they still sold burgers makes me desperately want to believe that Steve just changes the menu at random with little explanation.
I mean they sell rocks so...

I like to trhink he also never fhanges the truck, it still says hot burgers while they’re selling tacos
@@You-are-definitely-right-but that sounds right up Steve's alley.

@Thomas Cable Yes, sorry. Not Maine.

The Bigtop Burger crew is the IDEAL work-squad. You have Penny, who's always sunny and positive even in the most dire circumstances. You have Billie, who takes things as they come without getting all worked up about it. And you have Tim, the veteran who probably knows enough to be a manager, but he's too laid-back to go for it. These are the people that can make or break a shift in retail/hospitality!
I don’t even think she has a drone voice, you can really hear the emotion in it during certain lines.

There is something so beautiful about them all undoing the clown getup. It's like they're stepping out of the absurdity for a moment and become real. From random teleporting and size-changing they now have to pull of their gloves one at a time, and wash off their makeup in a sink. And the guitar track only adds to it. What a distinct change in tone. Great job.
We've all had a day that feels like that - where you're coming back or down from something wonderful and suddenly reality sets in and you wonder, "Was that real? Did I just live through that?" and the very reality of your surroundings reminds you that yes, that was part of life too, and it really can be that way sometimes. And this scene captures that.

Of course it is. We are aren't masquerading as normal, non-clown people watching you all in your infinitesimally small lives from every corner of existence, from your closet to the desk at work to the air vents in your car.
