@@ImmyMoh well my razer viper ultimate after 1 month of use I saw 0 issues in it plugged my dock to PC it started working I haven't s issue in it can't say how it will stay in future its still 1 year warranty so I am kinda chill what I can definitely say my aim has went from being decent to just being an aimbot I say great improvement due to the mouse however what I recommend you is go for a viper mini, ultimate is good and all I just got a viper mini too the ultimate In my opinnion still better however I see mini being far more worth it's price.

The Viper Ultimate is still a great mouse imo, I haven’t tried the 8K viper yet, but since that one is wired, it’s a bit of a different category, but they share the same shape so you can’t go wrong with either, just depends on whether you want wireless or wired!

Great video, I just picked up the mouse and charging dock for 85$ on Amazon. I was really really indecisive if I should've gone for a g pro or g pro x superlight instead but ultimately the double click issue on Logitech mouses drew me to the Viper Ultimate.
I also just bought it today for $85 i had the g pro before and the logitech software is kinda iffy it kept messing with my mouse speeds
@@WashedColin Mine already arrived and after like an hour of using it, I'm liking it. It's a bit smaller then what I'm used to since I was using a deathadder v2 but so far so good.

My charging dock won't even charge after 1 year of usage, try to clean the pin & the mouse yet still won't charge. I regret buying viper ultimate instead of gpro just because it have this stupid "charging" dock (also not charging using USB cable). Please re consider to buy this mouse

I literally just bought this mouse with the charging dock a few minutes ago on the Razer site for $118 with free shipping (I also got a free keychain). It's on amazon now for $90 for mouse and $120 with the dock. I'm not paying $30 for a dock when it's near zero hassle to plug it in once a week.

I bought a Logitech G500 gaming mouse back in 2012-ish. I never gamed too hard on it, just some light gaming from time to time and mainly used it for watching videos or browsing. After about 5 years it started to double-click on single-clicks. I found out that it was a common problem with that generation of Logitech mice. So last year, when I bought a new gaming laptop, I decided to give Razer a try and bought this mouse. It is so comfortable and light and I am very happy with my purchase.
got one of these madlads on the way - wanted a wireless mouse for ages and the prime day deal for this and the dock made up my mind

I have it and the only thing is that (for at least me), the mouse sometimes is stubborn when I put it on the dock. It won’t charge at first until I move it a bit. It charges perfectly other than that

just bought the mouse a few days ago and i love it, lightweight compact smooth and a very good option leaning in the wireless side forsure. i suggest running this mouse and the huntsman mini i have it and its amazing and looks good next to the viper.

Does the mouse charge without putting the mouse on top of the dock? i think it charges constantly wihout placing on top of dock just by connecting the dock to the laptop

I purchased RVU just a month ago and I too was wondering why people are complaining about mushy or wobbly buttons. That could be the case with last year's batch. My unit has the best buttons I've ever encountered on a mouse and I've tried GPW, Model O wireless and few other good quality mice.
I was getting worried that it was bad lol but thanks for saying this in comments lol I now don’t have anxiety
same here bro, I got my RVU just two days ago, and these buttons feel crispy asf.
The viper ultimate had a refresh in 2020 that fixed many issues among their stock.
I have a GPW and buyed a viper ultimate 1 day ago , just waiting for the delivery.

My brother bought this for me as a Christmas present and I love it.
To all users of the mouse.. to gets the cord in the dock you have to push harder than you think, make sure you have it flipped to the correct orientation though

Thanks for watching! I haven’t faced any problems with the software, I think it’s one of the better softwares in terms of customization! The only thing I’ve seen is that it can be slow on startup sometimes.

I just bought the basilisk ultimate and i love it. I was a big fan of the g502 and this is just better. It is heavier but with what I lose in speed I gain in precision. I will eventually get a lighter mouse and I'm thinking of buying the viper ultimate in the future considering it is the same mouse internally as the basilisk and I like it. Also I have the awesome charging dock. Basilisk and viper really are good mice even still. And they usually on sale. I bought the basilisk for 60 bucks at best buy.
think im finally going to pull the trigger on purchasing this mouse. it's $90 usd right now on amazon. even tho i have a gpro superlight i still main a viper mini over it, i just love the feel of it. i've heard nothing but great things about this mouse so i just have to see what it's all about.

I picked up the Viper Ultimate 2 weeks ago while waiting for my GproX to be RMA'ed. It was like love at first touch, I've had the GproX twice already and I don't think I wanna go back to it

Holy fuck man I'm glad I saw this video before buying the Basilisk Ultimate as I returned my Viper Ultimate for a refund thanks to microcenter protection plan. I returned it due to the poor click quality and docking issues and thought it was just me. I'm also an early buyer of this mouse and had no idea they released an improved version after launching this mouse. I was about to buy the Basilisk just to try it out but I dont like the design. I might try it out for 30 days and if I dont like how it feel will definitely go back to the viper!

It’s a nice looking mouse. It’s a shame it doesn’t come in a Orochi V2 sized iteration with the wireless model & dock. I prefer a smaller mouse design despite being a medium hand size. That’s the only thing stopping me getting this mouse.
Yea maybe one day we will see a Viper Mini Ultimate!

Every single one of my razer mouse are having the same issue on the scroll wheel , it started to randomly scrolling up and down when i slide the scroll wheel
Just purchased this mouse on Amazon w/ Dock for 50$ New. Seems like an Amazing deal so far.
Had the Superlight for the last 9months plus id say, loved the feel and fit in my hand as I have a Large hand and use a logitech m570 roller ball (Used roller balls for the last 20+ years) at work and previously used a glorious Model D for the high hump and similar angle to fit deep in the palm of my hand. Model D was a decent mouse, but hated it being wired and the drag of the cable so maybe might like the Model D wireless but got a stellar deal on a used Superlight so tried that. Superlight was leaps and bounds better then a WIRED Model D, but idk why; the superlight seemed to lag or miss my movements sometimes due to liftoff since you cant change it and software was up to date and I use a thicker/slower mousepad. Response to all of this, I recently got a deal for $50 from Amazon on a Razer Viper Ultimate; the price was ridiculous for me not to throw my money at it and I received it yesterday (1 day shipping nowadays is amazing but still screw you Bezos). I took it out of box and plugged in and raided that night on World of Warcraft like the competitive parsing sweatball nerd that I am. I was so surprised how quickly I conformed to the mouse, a more shallow shape then the Superlight that I still prefer for now, but the feeling of mice clicks and responsiveness was what I felt like I was missing. In WoW you turn with your mice unless you're a bad kid and rarely click things but when I did, I knew exactly where the mouse was and rotating with the mice was perfect. So in conclusion, try that Viper Ultimate especially with a discount. If I knew how much I liked it, I would've bought it instead of the Superlight 9 months ago; also Razer really is just a super loud brand which always puts me off but they do put out solid products that I know will last me 3+ years which is forever with how much shit I put them through
Since you’ve gotten the viper ultimate from the start have you found the side buttons to be of any issue? Like too small to press or not protruding out enough? Everything else on this mouse is nice beyond that.
I personally have never had any issues with the side buttons. I really liked everything this mouse had to offer
