    • Nowhere. Wild animals should live in their own habitat and with their own kind. Poppy was adopted from a wildlife shelter as a baby, probably mom was killed and she would die if left on her own....@@dimitriberozny3729

  • Omg! Is it posible I love Poppy's naughtiness even more than her cuddle pot majesty furry potatoness - OMG YES! 😂 I laughed Sooo much! Do you have a permission slip? That's a pen, what are you going to write? That NOT how we trim the tree! Poppy where are you going with my underwear? Rude! 🤣 OMG I wheezed! And oh her little Cheerios addiction problem... bless I get it ALL too well. This has been saved to the Poppy storage section in my head for tough days! Love these guys!

  • Chewing through the hamper is an old prairie dog trick. Mine did that as a warm-up to gnawing through a set of luggage to nest in the small carry on bag.

    • It’s not legal (in most states) or humane to buy a prairie dog or keep them as pets. They are not domesticated. Very early in Poppy’s life, she wasn’t given the opportunity to learn how to be a prairie dog in the wild, so she couldn’t be set free. This is a unique case.

  • No matter how tired and cranky I get, there's Miss Poppy (and now Paxton). Her not naughty, just expressing the pure sweet funny rodenty Poppy essence of love that she is. A ray of light and laughter in the middle of everything unspeakably horrible going on in this world. The two of you are such loving parents. AND soft-spoken - I can watch y'all anytime. Late at night to fall asleep uplifted, EARLY morning to start the day with a smile...loving Poppy is part of a few things I do to be good to myself - I have major depression, etc. I just cannot look at her and not smile and giggle and feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Thank you for sharing this little angel girl and her baby bro with all of us. Such sweetness. 🙏🏻💚🌻😂🌸🌞🪷

  • I've known & 'followed' Poppy for just a few weeks. She never fails to make me smile & giggle & "PoPpeEeeEe" in sync with Mom or Dad. The other day, I caught myself doing the Poppy Call out of the blue, and for no apparent reason! Well, the reason is ~ it's just fun & joyful to throw your head back and let out a big ol' "PopPeeEEeeee!"😊❤
