4 rounds | 45secs work | 20secs rest
1A) 4 mountain climber - 2 front kickthroughs - 1 loaded beast x 45secs
1B) 4 sidebeast kickthroughs - 1 loaded beast to push up - reset to loaded beast x 45secs
1C) 1 hindu push up - 1 knee tap - 1 plyo push up x 45secs
rest 60secs, start the next round
