It's much more probable that it's a complete set-up - no normal person would go to the wall like that unless it was "in the script" *to add drama* to an otherwise boring clip.

@@Durwood71 You never know... He could have got up, brushed himself off, and tried to negotiate that curb again. I've seen people take some really nasty dives and end up with no injuries whatsoever. I've also seen people break bones from what looked to be an innocuous fall. But that nosedive certainly did not look good.

Maybe 50% of these (and most fail videos) are situations where the outcome could be predicted if not expected. A valuable lesson, don't do stupid stuff, especially where the best outcome is pointless and the worst outcome is disastrous.
If people don't do stupid stuff, we don't get these videos anymore!
