We were moored up, and the little sod saw another dog on the towpath; so, like most Jack Russell's, he bounded the length of the boat to give the other dog the benefit of a few well-chosen woofs, missed his pawing on the bows, and fell straight into the water! Stop barking, and start swimming! I just reached down and grabbed the hand loop on the back of the lifejacket and lifted 5kg of wet and humiliated dog back onto the boat (desperately trying not to laugh). Safety with convenience...

@@lambertovitali3152 It's not on fire, that's just water and air. That video clip was taken around South East Queensland at the end of February when 2/3 of our annual rainfall fell in three days. The sheer amount of water flowing through those pipes caused enough air pressure to build up and bounce manhole covers.
