The farmer with the forklift dumping the car into the road was found not guilty of damage to property because the guy whose car it was was trespassing on his land and had threatened the farmer guy. The Farmer guy said "Well, I'm not having that" and did what you see there.
They parked up, tipped a load of litter out, and, when asked to leave, threatened the farmer. Here, in the UK (which this was) Trespass is a civil offence. If you are asked, by the landowner to leave, and do not, then it becomes 'Aggravated Trespass', for which you can face arrest, fines, and possible further court action.

For those in the US, the laws are similarly harsh for trespassing on farms. If you shoot a goose and it falls on my land, you don’t have a right to retrieve it. If I catch you, you will be prosecuted. Seem harsh? Picking up beer cans that were left behind by hunters pisses me off.
@@zoundstreetop it wasn't the trespassing, it was the threatening. You're not allowed to attack anyone without cause.
@@Alacritous you are not allowed to trespass on farms in the US and the penalty is much stiffer than non agricultural trespassing. Interestingly, the increased penalties are largely a response to the activities of animal rights groups. The guys in the video would have been prosecuted regardless of cat litter or threatening.

You need to watch the full clip, he turns back into the wave, puts the board he borrowed into the water, switches onto that board and finished riding out the wave.

13:46 the car was on private property, being just inside the gate. The car owner was asked to move and refused, so the farm owner used the telehandler so move it for him. Police refused to press charges.
Bet the judge was sympathetic to the trespasser.

I went and actually read the news reports. The farmer WAS charged but acquitted. The car in question was disabled due to a double tire puncture and was having difficulty being moved. Both sides of the story were behaving irrationally as the guy filming was drunk and punched the farmer. Flipping the car was the farmer's response citing "an Englishman's home is his castle". Literally ALL of that would have been avoided if the farmer asked if there was an issue he could assist with.
That guy with the frying pan had a bloody steady hand at the end there!
and no smarts at all.....if a pan catches on fire just put a plate on top of it...or a wet towel....DON'T walk through the house with a pan of burning oil!!

In all seriousness, never use water with a grease/oil fire. Always keep the lid of pan close by and use that as your first line of defense. Shut off the gas/electric immediately. Second option is to use a fire extinguisher (so if you don't have one, don't cook with oil). If it's still an issue, get everyone out of the house and call the fire department. Grease/Oil fires can get out of hand very quickly. Walking a flaming pan through the house is an easy way to spread the fire all over the house and yourself. This is one reason why Air Fryers are very popular right now. Not only are they healthier, they are 1000x safer.
