I was doing OK until they started the air compressor. WOW!! Now that's one mans treasurer. Amazing how much these fellas get accomplished with antiquated tools. They earn every cent they make.
They certainly don’t spend it on safety equipment! Especially work boots!
I know here in the great USA I can't afford work boots anymore we are also getting as good as them.@@Marlin-56
@@Marlin-56 In a previous video one of the workers who is part of the two man hole drilling team was wearing older Nike wrestling shoes.
WOW! The sandals must be getting re capped! They are truly an amazing bunch!!!
The same axle bridge was broken before and attempts were made to repair it by welding. While the load was tons more than the allowed carrying amount, the same bridge broke again where it was repaired and the truck lost its balance and fell to its right side. The repairs, which were not made properly to be cheap during the first break, turned out to be a much larger expense later on. The British saying "I am not rich enough to buy cheap goods" is not said in vain.
Buddy In Pakistan 🇵🇰 , Taxes Are Sky High. .... How We Suppose To Buy Things when We Have To Pay 550% In Taxes.
Yeah and if you look at those welds they were only superficial. No penetration so no wonder they broke. In fact that might of bern what caused it to wreck if the axles came loose.
@@cwmbcit works. This type of repair will cease to exist if it doesn't work.
Q1111
These guys are dedicated that's for sure they know what there doing with what they got to work with awesome job
I love how Pakistanis decorate their trucks. :)
in this case obviously too few talismans
I'd love to see a truck built from a totaled wreck weighed and compared to a full dressed one..
Really it stupid to add all that weight then overload your truck
Obviously the markings that would have indicated "GVW" ( gross vehicle weight ) were painted over.
Life is cheap in Pakistan. No consideration of safety whatsoever.
The tags with the information got covered up with doo dads!
I admire your skills to fix a totalled mangled truck back to it's original condition and using low resources. You've got what it takes to fix any kind of truck. Thumbs up 👍
Great video my friend
Son, it will break again ! Unless you remove half of those spring-blades, but I guess you gotta learn that the hard-way, huh ?
Bingo! Putting in bigger springs doesn’t build up the rest of the suspension.
Look at the size of that trunnion and the axles. They didn't add spring leaves, that was built that way, that tandem is rated at least 65,000 lbs and it might even be an 80;000
Not with a single frame and those tires! B Model Mack's had at least a double frame and 24" rubber for 65 thousand lbs.
That is a triple frame made from the steel of scrapped ships.
These guys are some hard workers. Great job.
Nice air compressor 👍👍👍
I noticed that too. It's nice to see a pneumatic impact tool in use.
You’ll notice none of the bolts have a chance to rust in place! Probably because this is a regular occurrence for most of these guys!
It's dry as hell there, and they never use road salt
Dead right, they don't rust like here in the West especially in rainy UK.@@joecummings1260
I am a X auto mechanic in the USA and these guys absolutely blow my mind. I think they could take a sledgehammer, a welder and a blowtorch and build a space shuttle😊😂😂
super hard workers and skillful.
Hadir, Salam Kenal dari Indonesia ❤❤
Continually overloading a vehicle that’s had crappy repairs done to it multiple times, is the mere definition of stupidity
Looks like that last weld didn’t quite hold up with the overload !!!
I am so very grateful our trucks don't look like that. I take it they consider their dirt lubricant?
2:05, failure the result of substandard previous repair; side supports showed zero signs of previous weld penetration on casting...it is the one fear I have in watching all these videos - the welds!!!
Mekanik enya jos
Fair play to them. Brilliant and so resourceful. Respect to them
Man them spring packs look insanely heavy.
Great team work
They're amazing No different from being in a coffin
2:16 Nice spare tire rim just in case they lose a rim but not the tire.
i saw that. holding in there with a hope and a prayer
No charge for all the dirt in the assembled parts. Hard work done fast, dirty and cheap. No wonder these trucks have so many accidents. Hats off to the poor guys stuck doing this work.
....BRASIL DA NOT 10 PRA MECANICA ❤ 😮
In Most western countries that bucket of bolts would have been, rightly, condemned and hauled off to the scrapper
Carrying an extra rim in case they need to make something to mount a headlight!
My respect to these hardworking mechanics. In the West, mechanics would not do this. They would tow it to the shop.
"이게뭐야. 오늘도 평화로운 파키스탄."
A truck that has been grossly overloaded, With about twice the springs the truck was made with, Front axle broke the U bolts, And shock had not been connected for a good while. Rear end with a cast steel bracket that had broken before. With spoggy shit welds to reattach it. You do not weld cast steel and if you do you do it properly.
Parabéns belo trabalho. 🇧🇷
That’s cool fix and use someday here in the USA spend $20,000 tow it dot say it totaled have to buy new $150,000+ all because we just throw it out then fixed it like we did in the old days you guy would make a good company here in the USA but they won’t let you fix because it will be to dangerous for the road but look at our road in the US i hit a bump on 435 Kansas and it miss up my back from hitting so hard so keep up the good work
Alguns dos caminhões paquistaneses fariam extremo sucesso aqui no Carnaval aqui no Brasil!
A touch of JB weld and we will be good to go!
Great work
Wonder if they have ULEZ restrictions
super hard workers masha allah
There should be used graphite grease among leafs.
still bent!!!!..... less bent than it was but..........still bent!!!!
The root of all of these problems comes down to using trucks never designed to carry those types of loads. I don't know how these engines and transmissions withstand the constant abuse they receive. They are taking medium duty class 6 trucks and they are turning them into severe duty class 8 trucks. The truck in this video is an isuzu fvr 240 which has a maximum loaded weight of just under 40,000 lbs total and probably overloading it with double that weight. The frames and suspension can't handle the weight so they strip the frame and make it a triple or quadruple frame using steel from scrapped ships. The original frames are a high tinsile strength structural steel and they are adding multiple layers of mild steel with heating and welding creating brittle and weak points in the frame. Then they install hino style trunion leaf suspension. These trucks do no have adequate braking for the loads being carried.
" What's your wheel nuts Torque set at ? " .... " On!"
6.04 look at the gap between the brake shoes and the drum!
Two things here in Pakistani trucks..1.OVERLOADING BEYOND PERMISSIBLE LIMITS(for maximation of Profits)....2.Unworthy structural repairs again and again on the same spot 😮😮😮😮
bravo grat
A replacement part and a air powered impact tool we are been spoiled today.
Where in the world would you find workers like this
60 years ago, when I began doing similar work, American workers were a lot more like Pakistani workers than Americans workers today.
Only in Pakistan 😂

The guy who owns the crane makes all of the money!!!
The two trees on top of the mirror arms were the last straw.
POOR MAINTENANCE ON THE ENGINE AND OVERLOADING CAUSES A SHORT TRUCK LIFE.THAT'S OK AT LEAST THEY KEEP THESE GUYS WORKING..
They could Teach the AA & RAC a thing or two couldn't they
Super job
bravo cool
+ How much more will we have to re-solder the same part? - As long as there is still metal left in the piece on which it can be welded. + And how much longer will we have to rebuild the same truck? - As long as there is more metal than rust left on that truck.
I can only assume that the community has now become numb or completely indifferent to the spectacular incidents of trucks littering the streets like overturned beach whales obviously the circumstances of these incidents can only be explained as a structural failure the entire process of dealing with the repercussions of the accident is to quickly assess the damage and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible to ensure the truck is somewhat roadworthy and is fully operational what’s remarkable is they literally repair the truck exactly where it’s parked unlike western countries that truck would be towed to a garage or different location for repairs which would take days to access the damage and months for the repairs to be completed so who’s the real winner here

No Spare Tire.....
the minions do a good job filming :)
Remind me not to ride in any vehicle other than a pedal tricycle in this country!
Skill issue
This is why these hard working peoples will always survive the West. They don't need technology just shill will and the determination to get the job done.
Love those “washers” on the to big u bolts 😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is just another day in the land of overloaded trucks....
👍👍👍🇩🇪
That trunion beem is bent pretty bad. No junk ones to steal? I mean borrow. 😅😅
peaceful Pakistan
Algérie focus
they just dont care about weight. you would think at this day and age that somebody come up with a replacement for those archaict springs. Teamwork is great. I always have extra bolts and nuts left over.....ha.
How long do you think a battery powered tool would last in their hands?
Ismein kya amazing skill hai gadi palat nahin hai video dikhaye to channel ka naam to sahi rakh le Pakistani ke Pakistani rahoge
they do as they must but it really looks dangerous a crushing defeat possibly...

I hope at least they flushed out the intake manifold and all other oil in the system if not they ll bend a conn rod
I bet the bulge in the roof of the container made it a tad overheight...
must be nice to live in a free country where the DOT and OSHA isn't breathing down your back at every corner and the State standing there with their hand out for inspection stickers and fuel and road tax. wonder how many pound torque that crescent wrench was on those spring U bolts. nice paint jobs, would make Earl Shrive jealous. mechanics in America would quit if they were asked to get dirty and do some work today, not like the 40s and 50s
To me it doesn’t matter the axle good or not you guys done a super job very cool.
glad to see they did not weld it again
Wow they replaced part.
👍👍👏👏👏👏👏
All they do is put bandages on these trucks and weigh the. Down 10 times the load weight!! It’s amazing how they work with primitive tools and equipment!!!
That's what wrenches and Jack's were made for.
Dumb question, why doesn’t the company invest in battery powered tools to remove nuts and bolts? It would be much faster and more efficient. Cheers from 🇨🇦
