  • what I think people do not appreciate, is he makes big tackles, but legally so. He could probably hit defenders harder if he was more upright, but as to make sure not to get a card he has a very low body position.

    • Putting numbers makes it difficult (7 is what other international sides call their openside flanker, like Richie McCaw) - definitely one of the best blindside flankers ever.

  • I am probably one of PTSD’s biggest detractors. That said, His work in shutting down the AB midfield was probably one of the biggest contributions to the Springboks beating the AB’s in the finals. Just ask Jordie Barrett how his body felt after the game.

      @danielmacdonald721@danielmacdonald7216 ай бұрын
    • @@danielmacdonald721 I have seen his performances and in the final he was an absolute machine. Didn't do to much through the rest of the tournament. McCaw has lead the All Blacks to 2 x RWC titles, captained the Crusaders to titles and is generally known as the best to have ever played the game. One game and 28 tackles doesnt mean greatness, which is the level McCaw is at. PSDT given a bit more time may get there, but he isn't there yet.
