  • I for one would definitely enjoy more videos like this! Edit: Oh and I’m always hoping for some classic Jujimufu-styled vids. Samplers, tutorials, skits (aqua-omelettes, bunny hop, recovery for tricksters, etc), or some NSIV summary vlogs type vids

  • A lot of this conversation reminded me of a video from Adam Ragusa where he talks about his squat realisation. One day, after a heavy squat workout, he was playing with his kid, and at one point he had to get down to the floor, on his knees or something, and the pain in his thigh and lack of strength from earlier in the day made it difficult for him to get up, or to be mobile on his knees. The realisation he had was that he really did not need to add another 20lbs to his squats, he goes to the gym to be healthy, to live longer, to enjoy his life and family etc. So if training to get those 20lbs more on the bar is taking some enjoyment out of his family time, then why is he doing it?
