And here everybody thinks that we need at least 8 hrs. of sleep every night
People sleep more than they let on in videos. Try 3 workouts a day with 4hrs of sleep. Have fun . See how long that will work out for ya.
I think the takeaway is that it was totally unsustainable
We do. But keep sleep depriving yourself and enjoy your accelerated aging and other issues in your later years .
