  • What new physical training things have you been thinking about learning or trying lately?!

    • Bodybuilding is so corny. U dont have to focus anything on bodybuilding anymore and your physique will probably be cooler if u just focused on strength athletics and stuff like this instead.

  • If you liked archery, you should build yourself up to the big boy bows, I'm talking 150-180lb draw weights. In fact, in ye olde England where archery was mandatory for all boys and men, because they trained with these high poundage bows from a young age, archaeologists can tell the bones are English because the bones around the shoulders and arms are larger than those of other skeletons from elsewhere due to the bones compensating for the massive strain their muscles put in those regions

  • This was great! Kicking is a great cardio workout and a lot more fun than running or cycling. You can do a lot of those kicks on a double end bag or a body opponent bag when you don't have someone to hold the kicking target, although you have to be careful not to get hung up on the bungees of the double end bag when you do spinning kicks. Your agility and kicking never fails to impress me. Not many big guys can move like you.

I'm still haven't given up on prep. It's all longterm periodization and currently running another recomping phase until I'm within striking distance of being stage ready. The mistake I made was cutting for almost 5 months. After about 3 months, my strength levels just crashed.. despite making consistent strength and size gains while losing fat. I have reached new peaks after that valley in my progress so there are new gains to be uncovered soon.
