  • My dumbass once got stuck under 365 in an enpty gym. I was in a safety rack with the pins set too low but they prevented me from being able to dump the weight. It was about 10 minutes before the girl who works there had come back from washing towels and noticed I wasn't moving. She came to check on me and by that point I'd had all the air squeezed out of me so my voice was weak and I just said "stuck". She started yanking plates. My arms were absolutely dead from trying to fight it and I had a bruised sternum but otherwise good.
