  • This definitely isn't a gym membership, this is a training membership. Think about how expensive a personal trainer is. This is offering that service, plus specific meals, plus objective data tracking that's far more in-depth than that of any regular gym. Absolutely worth the money if your athleticism is how you make your money.

    • Although if you do think about it 2.5k a month idk maybe like 1.5k because you do realize all that is possible for diet you can cook a few meal prep and a gym membership and for objective days tracking you can do a cheaper way like track your lifts yourself and your body weight you can just use a weight scale at home although if you make a shit ton of money like more then it wouldn’t be much of a problem but yeah that’s my opinion

My wife and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. Kind of hit a roadblock screwing up my ankle and needing surgery on it at the end on May, BUT still managing to lose weight while not being able to workout by following your (albeit not that closely more freestyled) cut.
