    • Let's face it, unless the owner is a professional racing driver, they are never going to get as much out of the car around the 'ring, as Misha can, so it may be more fun for the owner in the passenger seat with Misha driving than just lapping the car alone. What a beautiful piece of machinery, very well driven. It looked like a lot of fun and something to be remembered for a long time.

For whatever reason, more people seem interested in driving these things. They are really only impressive for a period, as far as being cutting edge, might as well enjoy it.

    • Less so than you think. Experienced drivers get a feel for what is under them very quickly, and what looks fast to most is actually usually them leaving plenty on the table limit wise on a first lap, and more so if tyres temps and pressures need time. Watch a lot of Misha's videos and you'll see his corner speeds for cars in a similar bracket of performance are very similar. Certainly a step over what an average driver can do though.

  • The SF90 didn't even had full power. The "E-Manettino" on the left side was on performance, the race flag but there is even one stage higher called "Qualifying". Only in Qualifying the car has full power.. So it was at maybe 920hp. You see the boost line never filled up completely. Still a lot of power but there could have been a little more. ;) Still awesome and fast lap!

    @AlcatrazCrylake@AlcatrazCrylake11 ай бұрын
    • as an sf90 owner i can tell you that qualify Mode seems to be for drag racings, meanwhile performance mode feels more in cornering (aero stuff plus torque vectoring on the corners) that's my personal feeling.

      @wujekjutub@wujekjutub11 ай бұрын
    • @@wujekjutub Thats the normal Manettino for you. The E Manettino only controls the Hybrid system and it's power output which is only 100% in Qualifying. The normal Manettino controls torque vectoring, aero and traction control but it can be very possible that the higher boost in Qualifying makes the car more twitchy on corner exit. At the End I can only go over stats and information online. You have the car and if you feel faster or better with performance then that is what it is. Qualifying at least what I know would be the "Give everything option" like in racing. The car puts out all power it has so the boost maybe only lasts one round. The AMG one has something similar. It's called "strat 2" like in F1 racing.

    • @Alcatraz Crylake i was trying both modes on fast autobahn corners while I was going to nurburgring. there is A4 autobahn where there is no limit for several kilometers and small long corners. on performance mode, i was able to take corners more stabe on high speed (320kmh+) while on qualify mode car was less stable. (hard to compare on nurburgring because I'm not a professional driver) I can clarify that on qualify mode car is faster (100-200 does below 4.4s while on performance mode it is above 4.5s) not much difference but noticeable:) I always drive my car on CT off mode. even on wet. TC is killing that car and it makes it hard to drive.

    • @mattbudesa6351 "real" enthusiasts hate EVs because they aren't loud and don't have a third peddle and shaft to grip. Actual enthusiasts like cars regardless of what powers them. And don't just use random numbers based on nothing. But even if it was only 10%, you're an idiot if you think 10% is nothing especially at a low rpm

      @Dr.Spatula@Dr.Spatula2 ай бұрын
    • @@Dr.Spatula False. Resl enthusiasts don't like EVs because they have no soul or driver engagement. In simple terms it's BORING. Has nothing to do with being loud. It's called we like having an actual engine and mechanics that power our cars. No true enthusiasts cares about 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. Keep supporting EV though like they're fun and engaging though. • For some reason this immediately makes me think back to my time in the USAF. I was at Fort Myer, VA, and there was a guy in the linguist program with a VFR750, who in broken English would ask me, "Veel you wheelie my bike?" I gladly obliged, it was a wheelie machine. Sometimes people just want to see what their machine is capable of, even if they aren't quite as adventurous or talented. This man is enjoying seeing what his car can really do! and I don't mean this as a knock at all, for all I know he's a perfectly capable and advanced driver. Misha has "master" level laps though, so that's not nothing.
