That shot with the light inside was stunning!
Комментарий в поддержку канала и ролика, а также труда мастера Оливье.
That hollowing out system seems to work pretty well. Another fine project.
I have no doubt that I just watched a genius at work.
One of the best I’ve seen.
Beautiful demonstration of how the eye/camera interprets gaps in fast-spinning opaque objects. I love how the wood looks almost transparent and the chisel seems ghostly. And on top of that, a stunning piece of work as usual!
Awesome job, Olive wood is beautiful when made in to such creations, excellent craftsmanship 👏🙏👍
Wow wow wow great project love wood and video love your channel
How rare, a root vase without epoxy ! Puristic. Good job ! I like it!
You are an incredibly talented young man!!
Duuuude... @5:15 .... what a crazy cool visual!
I love your channel cuz I never know if I’m going to watch a beautifully creative and unique collection of angles and edits Or if I’m going to get a bunch of laughs... either way I’m never dissatisfied! Thanks!
Wow, you have been crazy busy lately! I haven’t even watched yet, I think I’ll grab a glass of wine and settle in!
Wow. Very nice piece and videography.
That first jump-cut got me good. Well played, sir.
Some really good cinematography @ 5:12.
Oh yes. I love that so much. The shape is beautiful, and the natural edges work perfectly with it.
Turned out quite nice.
So beautiful. You pick up a piece of wood and see its soul!
Toujours aussi beau artistiquement et techniquement.
That see-through carving, waouw !!!
When hollowing out the vessel, that view of the tool showing through the wood was amazing. Beautiful art - thanks for sharing.
I'm going to call this "A Nightmare before Christmas staring Grout"
I really appreciate your work
Olive has such beautiful, natural color. What a wonderful piece!
That’s a fantastic finish to an untidy piece of wood ; it looks to me like a flower bulb just opening up and I really like the finished product ; it’s quite beautiful. - Michael from Australia.
Excellent video!!!
Olivier qui tourne un olivier, c'est classe !
Not only is that one of the neatest projects I have ever seen, but the footage at 5:12 - 5:40 is some of the coolest stuff I've ever seen on KZhead!
your bar is low
je vois le nom de tes outils et ça m'inspire" to be or not to be a good lather, that's is the question" pour toi, c'est clair que oui, bravo
Wow. I love how true he stayed to the wood. The holes and bumps. The piece is really truly beautiful. Something very tranquil about it.
Michelangelo said, “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.” You set this beautiful vase free. Magnificent! Nicely done!
this is decrepit art, how dare you compare to classical art.
@@ericastier1646 bite me
@@ericastier1646 'decrepid' doesn't mean what you seem to think it means. If you're going to insult someone at least make sure you understand the meaning of the words you're using.
@@paultapping9510 Paul you need an English lesson. I used the word 'decrepit' here in in its figurative sense to qualify his "art", not the object of pseudo art. Decrepit among other things can mean worn by sickness which is appropriate for this form of art. And it is not an insult it is a sad fact.
@@ericastier1646 clearly English is not your primary language, and you're embarrassing yourself here a bit. Take the L and move on.
Beautiful result
One reason that I impressed with your creation is no resin 👍👍👍
Merci Olivier ! Enchanter
Very beautiful! Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
I am continually amazed that no matter how oddly shaped the piece is, when he puts in on the lathe it is always perfectly balanced! And as Autumn K mentioned, the portion that appears almost transparent is "the coolest stuff" and absolutely fascinating.
Beautiful piece. Like the way you finished the bottom--very clever. Love your steady rest--it's a monster!
The Grain is simple and flowing. The top is like a gentle hands fingers reaching up to hold in what might be inside. Nice Piece Mister Olivier. Your eye for both wood and videography continues to improve. Thanks for sharing.
Woah there! Only one of us can use the word piece and videography Mister! J/k Great minds think alike... And so do ours apparently.
An absoloute unique! It is amazingly beautiful. In my eyes, I see a reminder how beautiful and uniqe nature is, and so is everyone as well of course. Create a 7.000.000.000 vessels, but none will match it. It also sets a reminder, for sometimes, you need to carve out your "inner belongings" like your emotions, for example. Its awesome on how many mind blowing things such little vessel can inspire someone. Never stop treating that value wood, that you carve, like its the last one on this planet, k?
Another beautiful piece Oliver. Very nicely done.
beautiful vidios... ❤️👍👍👍
Superbe. Et de l’olivier pour un Olivier !!!
Lovely work
Olivier I truly thank you for your beautiful work, this is another example of simple gracecful design without unneeded fluff. the structure & wood grain patterns themselves produce completely individualist peices of art! thank you again, well done sir!
I love this so much
Olivier woodturning olivier. Nice. Finishing it with olive oil would have been a great meme.
Yep, unfortunately olive oil is a terrible finish for wood.
Absolutely stunning Oliver, as always xxx
Amazing work, beautiful final product. I loved how you got rid of the tennon on the router table, I've never seen that before. Thanks for taking us with you through the journey!
That is some serious cinematic footage there! Congrats!
Wow I expected it to go in a different direction but it came out so incredible! Masterpiece!
Gorgeous!!!
Outstanding 👍

Best turning in 53 jears👍
Encore une superbe réalisation. Bravo.
I especially liked the way you removed the dovetail at the bottom. I've always been able to reverse the workpiece and remove all but the bit under the tailstock center. Well done sir!
Such a work of art with such beautiful olive wood.
Very stylish, lovely shape and texture
Well done. This is one of my favorite pieces yet.

Just awesome and stunningly beautiful.
Even with full face protection, you're a braver man than I putting a tool to that piece of wood. :)

Beautiful. I’m in Indiana and that piece of olive would be very expensive. Always wanted to turn olive.
