  • Real fact (Updated as of October 2023): Every single UFC fight that Justin Gaethje has fought in has been 1 OR MORE of the following: Fight of the Night Performance of the Night Title Fight BMF Title Fight Fight of the Year 8 out of his 12 UFC fights he has been the headliner. His "championships and accomplishments" section on wikipedia is longer than most fighters' wikipedia pages. This warrior brings entertaining fights, and he does it at the highest level. If you were to only watch 1 fight per card, I truly believe that it would be a mistake to miss a Justin Gaethje fight.

  • Definitely could have had a first death in the UFC that night with Tony. The amount of damage Tony took was severely dangerous. Such a warrior to be able to take as much as he did and remain on his feet is absolutely mind blowing. Mad respect to both especially Tony. But.. seriously the man could have died. Thats a scary amount of head trauma.

  • The Tony fight is the saddest moment in UFC history... It hurts so damn much... It hit me really hard because I grew up training at KnuckleHeadz in Oxnard focusing on boxing and it was the same years Tony was training there even before The Ultimate Fighter. He was always the kindest dude and would help train us younger kids and just made such an impact. It was the same time Victor Ortiz was training there as well, he was awesome as well and it was during his championship run so he was peak Victor. I still to this day clearly remember coming in for class and Victor was getting ready for a fight and Tony jumped in to spar him. We were all astonished because Tony made victor look like a novice, i mean he was so slick and unpredictable it was just such an amazing site to see. Tony truly is one of the Baddest MotherFckers on the planet and i just wish he would have been able to reach UFC gold, he deserves it more than anyone and i hate how the universe threw every obstacle in the way and now after his last six fights I just don't even see him getting another ranked fight.... We still love you Tony.
