    • I know, that's it too late, but, if I remember correctly, guys in his corner were shouting something like "what are you looking for", like he should do something, and then he decided to use knee by himself

    • That wasn't what I heard, apparently his Russian cornermen said "Knee him" while his English speaking cornermen warned him that Sterling was grounded so "Punches only". I guess he got confused and with Russian being his first language, he threw the knee first. You can actually hear his corner say "Just punch" in the video.

    • @@nicholascoob1350 there is another pov, where guys in corner sounds better, and russian guy was shouting like "what are you looking for?" and "hit him" there was no command to throw that knee, so it was only fighter blunder

      @ntern2162@ntern21623 ай бұрын
    • @@nicholascoob1350 the Russian one was shouting "давай, давай его", which is roughly just "come on, come on", while the English one said "punch, just punch". Then, apparently, Yan asked "knee", and the Russian one responded something sounding like "knee", or rather "пни его", which is "kick him". This last part is barely heard, thanks to commentators' voice.
