  • This is one of the few truly chaotic builds I have ever seen. Most of the time people use some sort of repeating and seemingly irregular pattern but inverted at various spots to make the build seem chaotic. Good form.

    • +nexus01gr Wondered how many of ya would catch that ;-) also the lazy susan is a homemade clock that didn't turn out how I wanted, so I pressed a used skateboard bearing in the middle... If you look up 'improvised' in the dictionary they just have a picture of this setup I think.

  • CNC’s are great for very fine work with tiny cutting heads, but the larger you go with the cutting head the worse the finish gets, particularly where the wood is not close, tight grained... good job on the bowl, like the way the layers panned out 👍🏻
