- Although no doubt these two have talent, something that really bugs me in these types of videos is how the coaches holding the gloves always move their gloves to meet the punch. They're just doing it to emphasise the sound of impact and to make it look good rather than help the fighter. Your opponent won't be trying to walk into your fist in a fight 😂 they need to keep the mitts where they are so they can extend their reach and build on the quickness with extention. I'm a kickboxer and this sort of training wouldn't help me in the slightest but what works for them, works for them I guess.

Man speed is so important, being able to hit your opponent faster than he can react is game changing, with that i would definitely pick power.

Personally i like to go with hands low and lean back a lot mostly to piss off my opponents and because it feels cool. But whenever im up against a skilled fighter that’s taller than he he absolutely smashes me. Your channel has been a great help with my jabs etc. Thank you!

"you can't coach speed" is what I was always told. You can work on and improve. But some are just faster
