    • It's definitely one of my favorites in an album that seems a bit more stripped back instrumentally than it should in some places. I feel like it definitely has a much better musical progression, though I don't like how this video doesn't have the trumpets like the album version. That definitely sells its uniqueness from most of the other BB tracks pretty well.

  • I feel like Lana has slowly gone back to full creative control and just doing whatever she feels. These new releases all feel so true to her, the artist. It's like she's making music from that same pure place that she was in when she wrote her first song again. I am so hooked!

  • She has dealt with so much hate and disgusting comments in the past year especially- I fucking love her ability to say “fuck you- I love myself” to all the haters. She’s amazing as always. Her music never fails to be poetic and completely influential on the soul. She is a legend. Her music is healing and authentic; she will forever be an actual artist. She’s no “sell-out”. Lana is the queen.

    • I have never met a singer in my entire life who has changed me to the core as a filmmaker as much as Lana del Rey. She's my muse. I studied her song "Cinnamon Girl" to the core, and then realized how much stories I can pull out of it. From it was born my award winning film "Tears of Oizys".     • I don’t pay much attention to celebrity culture, or at least the noise around it .. I’m just a huge fan of Lana’s songwriting , absolutely love her music , but ignore the social media noise about her. I didn’t even know she received any hate? Can you summarize what that’s all about? All I know is that her SNL performance of Blue Jeans got some undeserved flack years ago, but that’s about it.

  • One thing that I will always respect about Lana is that she stays true to her style and writes songs from her heart, in a similar way to Leonard Cohen and Dylan, she doesn’t aim for commercial success she just wants to get her message, melodies and poetry out there with instrumental accompaniment.

    • @@j.c7719 Also Panic! At the Disco, most notably on their album Vices and Virtues. Yes, they have a few songs that are more superficial and poppy, but most of their catalogue has very artistic lyrics with hidden meanings and symbolism, as well as emotions and storytelling. Ryan Ross and Brendon Urie are excellent songwriters. They do definitely have some songs that are campy or over-the-top, but they have a very unique style that is definitely original. Even other bands that some fans associate with them don't have the exact same vibe. Brendon is my favorite singer. You should check out his cover of Bohemian Rhapsody because his vocal range can blow your mind! 🤯
