The US Open is the final Grand Slam of the year and takes place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The 2021 US Open saw Russia's Daniil Medvedev and Great Britain's Emma Raducanu claim the men's and women's singles titles. It was both players' first major title, with 18-year-old Raducanu becoming the first-ever qualifier to achieve the feat. The 2022 US Open main draw is scheduled to go ahead between August 30 - September 11.

  • 28:55 great forehand winner to finish off that 20 shot rally. Emma said this was her toughest match in the tournament, I can see why. Lots of props to her for keeping her cool after being down 0-30 in her last 2 service games in 2nd set to win the next 4 pts in a row.

  • Whatever Emma raducanu achieves in the future what she won’t do is enter an event with no expectations and no pressure and it’s that purity and freedom in her play that made her unbeatable. I’m not saying she won’t win multiple slams and I hope she does but this is open run she had is special and unrepeatable

    • She definitely has what it takes to win multiple slams and I hope she does, but it's gonna be a lot more difficult now that she has a target on her back. That's why I think 2022 for Emma is gonna be more about learning and gaining experience on tour throughout the coming year rather than great success, although I think she has a chance of winning a 250 event next year.

  • Something that amused me during Emma's progress through the competition to her spectacular win was the expression on the faces in her box. The entire team always looked so worried. I think they must either have been in a complete state of disbelief or concerned that they would have to change the return flights yet again....

    • There was a one hour radio programme documentary in the UK about Emma's US Open victory at the turn of the year 2021-2022. Her team couldn't understand what was happening, they had no idea how Emma kept winning (but they weren't complaining, not even about having to reschedule their flights). What was even more of a surprise to her coach was that they did not realise that the US Open awards a copy of the trophy to the winner's coach so it was a total shock when he was called forward and presented with it

  • الكرات التي تلعب من خارج الملعب من الجانب في طرف الملعب تحتاج الى فتح ذراع كامل والى الامام في الزاويه تسعين المعاكسه لتموقع الاعب حتى تتوازن حركه فتح الذراع معا المسافه البعيده وتاتي بشكل مناسب لتموقعه

  • اخذ انفاس عميقه ثم اخراجها قبل القيام بعمليه الارسال يكسب الاعب الهداوء والتركيز وطاقه قويه مندفعه متجدده للجسد ونظره دقيقه للموقع الذي سوف يرسل اليه الارسال بلكره

  • اعطاء المظرب ارتفاع اكثر من الاسفل الى الاعلاء من خلف خط البدايه للاعب وبتموقع وسط بينه وبين اخر الملعب بظربات تكون فيها الكرات بوسط المظرب وبشكل قوي جدن معا التفاف الذراع نحو الجوانب من الملعب الاخر يعطي توجه صحيح نحو زواياء جانبيه جيده في الملعب الاخر وصعبه علا الاعب الاخر

  • اعطاء فتح للاقدام بمقدار اقل توسع عند استلام الارسال يعطي قدره سريعه علا سرعه الانطلاق نحو الكره عندما ترسل بشكل قوي اليه واعطاء انفتاح اكثر للاقدام يعطي بطى في حركه الانطلاق اثناء استلام الارسال .لتغارب وتباعد الاقدام تبيان لسرعه وبطى الحركه في الملعب من حيثيه التموقع .في الملعب وقوه الاندفاع وبطاءه

  • قراه حركه الاقدام في حاله تموقعها وتوجهها قبل التسديد للكرات من قبل الاعب الذي تاتي اليه الكره يساعد الاعب علا التوجه نحو الكرات بشكل سريع وافظل وليس قراءت حركه الذراع والمظرب عندما يكون التسديد للكرات من خارج الملعب وعندما يكون التسديد للكرات من داخل الملعب يتطلب من الاعب الاخر قراءه حركه توجه الجسد العلوي للاذرعه والمظرب وحركه استداره الراس فيه قبل وصول الكره اليه ثم علا ذالك يعطي الاعب الاخر تحركات بحسب قراؤته لها فيكون حسن التوقع لها ويتخذ من خلالها تسديدات مختلفه لحركه توجه الاعب الاخر فيها داخل الملعب

  • اعطاء مرونه للجسد اثناء عمليه ظرب الكره من خط البدايه بطريقه مقوسه للكره حتى لاتظرب في الشبكه يحتاج الى نزول منعطف للجسد حتى تتقالم حركه توجه الكره معا الجسد والمظرب فتذهب بطريقه صحيحه دون ان تظرب في الشبكه

  • *_Bencic did not believe Raducanu could beat her. After all, Bencic just won the GOLD MEDAL at the OLYMPUS! But then Bencic began to Believe as Raducanu started spanking her. As was evident by her slamming her Racket into the ground in frustration._*

    • Sorribes-Tormo WTA50 beat ASH in OLYMPUS, Rogers beat WTA1 ASH , Bencic beat WTA2 Swiatek, Sakkari played 2021 R-G semi, Fernandez beat Osaka, Kerber & Sabalenka !! They all made the same mistake, none believed EMMA (a qualifier), could beat them without dropping a set !!

    • Unfortunately cancelled. I am so afraid for her; after what will be almost a year out of the circuit getting back in is going to be really difficult, it will be like she never one a slam and has to start over.

  • This is serious s**t tennis from Emma however this is not Emma today.. Whatever she's been going through and the new coach is not this. Had Belinda lost to Iga the outcome would have been the same Emma would have beaten Iga in two..Emma was on a different level during this US Open.. I feel saddened she's nowhere close to this form at the moment..There is a reason for this and it's with the coaching is the problem. Ps the only girl in the world who can make a cold sore look cute :-)

  • Emma's promoter is now pushing old videos of her US Open victories because she can't even get past first or second round against players ranked lower than 50 in the world. Way OVERRATED Player. Wants to play the likes of Halep who will tear her apart. Even Fernandez is doing better Emma after the U.S. Open loss to Emma.
